Clean rooms and good service. Breakfast is a little bit poor, but fresh. There is strong noice outside back of the hotel.

Vacationed with my husband in 2023, stayed here for two nights. The staff is very pleasant, everyone is polite, they do not speak Russian, but they easily find a common language and everything is solved without problems in broken English. Now the prices for accommodation have increased, we had a room for 6k rubles. I liked everything: very clean, cleaning, apparently, is done every day, which is good news. Meals can be ordered in the room, and a buffet is served in the morning. But the breakfasts here are for an amateur. I liked that there are a lot of different pastries, cheeses, several options for dishes with eggs, but this is more of an oriental style rather than a European one, so not everyone will like it. Again, if something was not to your taste, there is a classic breakfast: coffee and bread, fruits) No one limits you in anything. I have positive impressions
