Very friendly and courteous staff, standard rooms are very large and clean, floor-to-ceiling windows, smart TV, music is playing in the corridors and I really liked it.
It would be nice if the windows could be opened, but there is no such possibility. Only climate control.

A middle-class hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, but the sewerage is not very good - it stinks in the room, the water does not go out in the sink and shower stall. As I understood from the experience of my colleagues, this problem is in the entire hotel, in many rooms.
And yet - it is a big problem for the hotel staff to issue the guest with the correct accommodation documents. Business travelers and those who need accounting documents need to be careful when receiving documents. 🤦♂️

Excellent price-quality ratio.
Very clean. Daily change of bedding and bath accessories. It's pretty quiet. The view from the deluxe window was disappointing. =(There is no entertainment at the hotel. But the restaurant has excellent service and delicious food. If it were possible, I would have given 4.5 points.
