A very good hotel, especially pleased with the location, very close to the railway station. For its price, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, wet cleaning is carried out in the rooms every day, although only breakfast is served, but the choice of food for breakfast is huge. The service is top notch, the staff is very polite and friendly. The standard room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful, although there are many guests.

Overall, a good hotel in the city center. The standard rooms are rather big. They also have a mini fridge. Breakfast buffet. IMPORTANT IN winter: the whole room has underfloor heating, so even if it's cold outside, the room was very warm. Very close, through the park, a Macro supermarket. Not far from the railway station. There is a swimming pool, but I don't know how it works, I lived in winter. In February 2024, my room for foreigners cost 500 thousand soums per night. Cons: the rooms are, so to speak, tired in some aspects. Very thick, hard pillows.

The hotel itself is good in Cebu. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious.The prices are reasonable for accommodation. The rooms are cozy, but due to the shutdown of heating in the rooms it is cold, I had to turn on the split system. The toilet and bathroom are not happy. The toilet flushes badly, but the bathroom is cold and the shower wants the best.

Nice clean hotel. I liked. There is a swimming pool. The staff is friendly. The space for cars is not big. The kitchen is also great for breakfast, there is a choice. The only thing I didn't like was the sockets, there are very few of them. I had to turn off the TV and put the phone on charge.

Spending the night is a good option. I would put 3.5, because room 101 smells like smoking. They refused to change the room upon check-in. There was no time to argue, I was staying late. I opened the windows all night, it's still an unpleasant smell. The money came out about 2000 rubles a night. The breakfast is good, dense, there are cutlets and porridges and delicious tea with raspberry jam :) I put a total of 4 for tea

Well, I don't recommend it to anyone! Everything is bad except TV channels, if anyone needs them at all. The plumbing is dead, the interior is shabby, the restaurant was not working at 7 pm, the parking is small, there is nowhere to put the car, the price is overestimated by half, if you take into account the service. It's dirty, 1 outlet for the whole room, however, they prudently put an extension cord with three sockets in the bedside table. ))) The second star here is only for a working terminal and a normal guy at the reception.

The Soviet hotel is headed by a respected actor. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are of the average Soviet type. In summer, the heat is wild, there is nothing to breathe. The bathroom is trash. Not bad. The hotel is large, 41 rooms. The rooms are in good condition, but the corners are dusty. The breakfasts are normal, a buffet with a choice of about 10 dishes, including sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes with stuffing (most often cottage cheese), etc. Wi-Fi is available, quite fast, but each floor has its own subnet (access point with its own SSID) and its own password. There were plenty of rooms available during my stay here.

The year is 10/25/2019. We came to Andijan on business and stayed at the Royal Hotel in the evenings the TV does not work, we took a two-bed room but there is only one single slipper. The staff is excellent.
