A nice and cozy hotel, located not in the city center, but it was convenient for me because I came to a concert and the concert venue was within walking distance from the hotel.
There is a mini bar, good European cuisine, pleasant staff, the room was extended without any problems, the flight was postponed twice.
I removed one star for the smell from the sewer, maybe everything was fixed, I was there during the New Year holidays in 2023.
The room has shampoo, soap, all towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi

The hotel is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly! The room is in excellent condition. All the bathroom accessories are there, which is very nice. When ordering food in the room, everything is promptly brought. The food is delicious. But there is one thing...))) at one point I thought that I was at home because the neighbors from the top floor began to move their chairs noisily))) it's just that my neighbors from above also like to move their chairs hard at night, so I have to call and ask them to stop this movement)))). I even almost called the neighbors on the machine (I imagine if I had called). And so in general everything is fine!

Advantages: Location, polite reception, delicious breakfasts.
Cons: The price tag is higher than expected, and in general higher than other similar hotels. The price for breakfast is separate, and the cook is a great fellow, but it's not convenient.
It was noticed that dirty dishes were on the windowsill from evening to morning in the corridor of the third floor, it's a little unpleasant.

It looks decent, but in fact it's so-so. It is impossible to sleep on the 4th floor. Constant noise from the ventilation system on the roof, in addition to this noise, there is also a periodic knock. The floors below are for smokers, so either live in a smoky room or use earplugs. The hallway on the 4th floor stinks of sewage. The breakfasts are average, there are no desserts. Good hotel, Polite staff, not bad cuisine. The room is clean, there is no wind from the closed windows. There are underfloor heating and air conditioning. All plumbing is working in the shower. I took off the star for problems with admission to the room (I let it in every other time).

The hotel is normal, the rooms are clean, the staff is polite.
Now the cons:
- old patched bed linen;
- old torn dressing gowns, they are changed on request, but with each change of linen you need to ask to replace them with whole ones;
- the safe in the room is broken, they took the docks for storage at the reception;
- September it's cold in the room, the air conditioner and the underfloor heating are not included in the heat. They said that only during the heating season.
I bought a room with breakfast:
- porridge with dried fruits and nuts is declared on the menu, for 17 nights I have not seen dried fruits and nuts in porridge. 1 time even served corn porridge on the water.
- tea bags, instant coffee in a set for breakfast. For 50 USD per day, you can already afford a cup of normal coffee.
- instead of a piece of butter, a spread is served in breakfast;
- there is a set with cream cheese on a bruschetta. I took it 2 times, 1 time instead of cheese spread the same spread.
Conclusion. The hotel is normal if you pay 20 USD for it. But for this price of 50-60 cu. I do not advise.

The location satisfied me 100%. Breakfast is available on the menu. I took option 3 very tasty. The hotel is clean. The room is like in the pictures. Parking lot. There is a gas station nearby. Everything went great. I recommend it!!!!

I liked the interior, it is very clean and modern, even the bathroom accessories are of higher quality than I have seen in other hotels :)
Well, the breakfasts are just bombastic!!!
I take off the star for the fact that:
1. In early October, it's just TERRIBLY cold in the evenings. The heating is not turned on yet, but because of the materials of the house, the cold is incredible
2. The bed is made of two single mattresses, it is understandable why one mattress is difficult to clean and take out/ bring into the room. But, unfortunately, they are not fixed in any way, and if you lie down on the bed a little bit, a depression forms in the center ((

It was insanely hot in the room at the end of February. The underfloor heating was on full. It was unbearably hot to sleep. As it is, everything is fine. Neat and delicious breakfasts. One thing surprised me was that the room card had to be re-programmed every time you left the hotel.

I was asked to pay the tax - 5600Tg(~1000rub), I paid. I asked them to give me a check for reporting, they gave me a piece of paper with a seal and the words that they do not issue checks. There is a suspicion that an organization engaged in legitimate activities cannot do this. It is clear that the accounting department returned this piece of paper with a seal back to me and pointed in the direction of the toilet. In short, the hotel cheated on me for money.

I came on a business trip and was extremely pleased.
Friendly staff who helped with all questions, excellent breakfast (I liked set 1, sandwich space), excellent room cleaning, clean linen and towels, underfloor heating in the room, and in general everything is super, except for one thing - the "cardboard" door, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway.
I didn't take a photo, but the number absolutely matches the photos that are posted on the site.

It's a great place. It's not expensive, there's a big shopping mall opposite. The hotel is not in the center, the taxi is driving. The food is delicious. If you take a room, ask that the windows do not face the road, it is very noisy. The staff is polite and always handed over.

I'm living for the third week! I am satisfied, the rooms are cleaned, the consumables are constantly being changed. If you need dishes in the room, they will definitely bring them. The staff is helpful. The climate is comfortable, I live in summer, the air conditioner works. There is a restaurant downstairs, pretty good cuisine and reasonable prices.
