A wonderful place for a family holiday, a quiet, cozy place!!! The kitchen is clean, there is a split system in each room. The hostess Elena is responsive and hospitable, always ready to help. The pool is really heated, we were in October 20th and only swam there. Cozy gazebos , and of course roses ... They are everywhere, they are beautiful!;

We had a family vacation in late September and early November. In a two-room suite. The guest house is cozy. For those who travel out of season: the heated pool is open 24 hours. Without restrictions. It's just incredible! Children and adults are thrilled. There is everything for a budget holiday: a shared kitchen, a swimming pool, lots of benches and tables for relaxing, a barbecue. Bathroom in the room. Transport accessibility is also good. I did something stupid - I only booked for 8 days.… Oleg and Elena - you are such good fellows that you have created such a cozy place, how much effort, time, money and, most importantly, your soul are invested in this place. And of course, my personal love is Natalia (I will miss you very much), an assistant who is difficult to find. The fairy of cleanliness and order and the main assistant of Elena and Oleg. I can write love odes for a long time, but I'll sum it up.: 1. Very clean - on the territory, in the rooms, in the kitchen (the main thing is to keep order yourself and wash the dishes efficiently after yourself!), the cleanest pool. 2. Very sincere, friendly on the part of the owners (guests should also be a little more friendly, we all live on the same territory) 3. Full availability of everything - material, informational. 4. Rosa and Venya - van love ❤ 5. Swimming at Delmar beach - walking with a child for 10-15 minutes 6. Food is a lighthouse, a good place (restaurant) 7. Shops nearby 8.
