I came to the concert "MASTERPIECES OF ITALIAN BAROQUE AND VIENNESE CLASSICS" on 03.12.24 today. It was only on the spot that it turned out that instead of a chamber hall, the concert would be held in the lobby, no warnings were made about this before the concert. And this is in winter, when the front door is constantly opening behind people, which creates a draft and cold. The chairs were flimsy and uncomfortable, and there was no numbering of seats.
The concert itself started ten minutes late, after which, during the opening speech, the entertainers justified that the transfer to the lobby was a "new format" and it was done for "a deeper immersion in the musical work." I felt neither one nor the other.
The beauty of the music itself could not change the fact that the evening was irretrievably ruined. Now I'll think twice before taking tickets here. If it were possible, I would request a refund for the tickets.

This is the best concert hall with unparalleled acoustics, I have been here many many times. The main thing is not to take tickets at the edges closer to the screen, for some reason the sound is bad there.
Otherwise, everything is fine. While waiting for the concert, you can view the expositions presented in the lobby.
It is better to get there by taxi, parking is inconvenient

The building is WOW! Incredible design, gorgeous acoustics and a large stage, good attitude to visitors and organization. There are several halls and a huge variety of solo and classical concerts.
