What a surprise that was! My husband decided to pamper me and ordered a bouquet from this store. Well, what can I say – the flowers are gorgeous, fresh, so fragrant, just like I love! The florists did well, they put together a very delicate composition, even the packaging was perfect. But the best part is, of course, an unexpected bonus in the form of a Scandinavian cake! Honestly, I didn't think that a combination with salmon could be so delicious, but it's just wow! The service was also great, everything was done quickly, we called in advance, and we delivered it without delay. In general, the surprise was a 100% success, my husband did well, and the store is now on my favorites list! 😊

I regularly buy flowers at the Rose Bel store on Derzhinsky 77A. I am pleased with the rich assortment of flowers, you can always choose something original composition or bouquet, or vice versa simple and inexpensive. The store staff will help with the selection and advice, offer beautiful packaging if necessary, worry about how long the flowers will be without water and arrange means for transporting the bouquet. I recommend it to my friends as the best option.

The best place to buy flowers is in Minsk (at least in the Southwest). There is a large selection, always fresh (they stand for a long time), you can buy both a pre-assembled bouquet and a ready-made one. The prices are adequate. There is a queue, but it's fast. Parking is always occupied, but there is one nearby - near the processing center and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Petrovshchyna metro station is nearby. I didn't use the delivery.

I didn't like the store, and the administrator's communication!
The night before, I ordered a bouquet of 11 roses with a ribbon so that it would be ready by 7.00 the next day. On the day of pickup, the receptionist went for a long time in search of a bouquet. The bouquet, which was being prepared for pickup, was packed in paper. The paper was wet, as was the ribbon with the bow. I was allowed to unpack to see the bouquet. I asked to pack it in gift paper, to which I received a response from the administrator that I should have talked about it yesterday. At the same time, the florist said that it is quite possible to pack. But since there was no mood for further clarification, I took the bouquet as it is.
And even a wet bow couldn't hold the roses on the way home, the bouquet crumbled ...
It's sad that when you come to the flower shop, you leave with a spoiled mood!

On January 18, 2025, we bought flowers in Roses.White. We don't know which store it was brought from, because it was ordered using a common number. This can then be found out based on the number from which the order was placed. On January 18, 101 white Roses were purchased. For a birthday present. They gave 300 bel. Rub for the bouquet.
From the evening of January 20th to January 21st, the roses were already rotting and wilting in the morning. The condition was already on that day, as in the photo. After sorting through the bouquet and throwing out the rot, there were about 25 more or less normal pieces left. The care was due. The water was changed, the ends of the stems were also cut off, even the humidity in the room was maintained. The rest of the flowers, which were donated from other sources, have been preserved in excellent condition, and have been standing since the 18th. And their condition is not even close to the condition of the flowers that were bought in Roses. Tell me, please, dear "Roses.Bel". Do you think you're selling a good-quality product? Are good flowers really worth 2-3 days? A bouquet for 300 rubles, I remind you.
At first, I didn't want to write a review, thinking that there was no point. And then I thought, what's the point? I earn this money, and it doesn't come pouring out of the sky. Just like you, dear flower shop. Please deal with this situation and resolve it. I won't just let it go if there's no solution.

On 21.01, a bouquet of 5 branches of white chrysanthemums (worth 42 rubles 72 kopecks) was purchased at a store on 77 Dzerzhinsky Ave
. They were picking a bouquet in my absence while I was making the payment at the checkout. The bouquet was given to me in a shipping package, it was not possible to visually assess the quality of the bouquet on the spot. Upon arrival home, the shipping package was removed and it was found that on each branch (by 3x)the central flowers were missing, which significantly spoiled the look of the bouquet (3 sticks just stuck out in the middle of the bouquet), 2 flowers were broken and just the flowers were hanging.
I returned to the store with a request to replace the bouquet or refund the money, but was refused.
The florists and the girls at the checkout generally said that it was okay,"a normal bouquet,"..
This bouquet could not be given away, I just had to throw it in the trash.

Disgusting service, terrible flowers. I bought a bouquet on February 15th at 2 a.m. and asked to collect a bouquet of roses.
I arrived, there are 6 people working there, but they are just sitting out their salary. They didn't really explain anything, they didn't help to collect the bouquet. I just walked for 5 minutes, 0 customers, the employees don't care. As a result, we collected a bouquet and sent the photo. You need to squeeze everything out of them, they can't tell you anything. They didn't help with the choice. The flowers were left in the car for 20 minutes, brought home, pruned and put in the water. The result is a bouquet less than a day old.

I don't recommend it. I bought two bouquets of roses at night, and in the morning half of one bouquet wilted and went out, although after 20 minutes they were in a vase. The florists politely made two bouquets, and it feels like they don't care what kind of flowers they make these bouquets from, or their management forces them to sell everything. This is not the first time with roses from different stores, after purchase, on the second day of the khan's birthday, but in this case after a couple of hours. Previously, I had repeatedly ordered bouquets and, from experience, very often the photos from the site did not match absolutely with what the courier brought. In view of this, I decided to stop by and choose a bouquet personally. I was unpleasantly surprised by the complete lack of assortment, the roses are all sluggish, unpresentable. The seller tried to convince her that the roses are very beautiful, but in terms of price / quality, they are just darkness. I definitely do not recommend it.
