The organization has given a 10% discount on the next bouquet, but after all this, I don't want to order anything. They sent other flowers. I ordered flowers online as a gift with delivery. They sent me flowers to choose from, I chose (1 photo) and paid for it. Delivered completely different ones (2 photos). They didn't send the photo before sending it, and they didn't specify the replacement. They say that the flower is the same, just the color is different, everything is fine. They don't want to solve anything, the service is terrible, and I don't recommend ordering as a gift.

Ambiguous emotions from these stores. Roses there are most often fresh and priced below average.
But unfortunately, the bouquets in all the Rose shops are always just terribly tasteless. Even beautiful roses manage to spoil the decoration, florists always impose inorganic and loose compositions.
In general, you can get a good bouquet there, but you need to know exactly what you want and not listen to the advice of the florist there

I ordered a bouquet with delivery for my mother-in-law on the website, with an open "happy birthday". They warned me that not all the balls were available, asked if it was possible to replace anything, I agreed, but asked for something pink or purple. There are no questions about the bouquet, good flowers, but balloons!!! This is a form of mockery, the holiday was in danger of disruption. On 11/26/2023, roses were sold, which wilted after a few hours, despite the fact that they were driven for 15 minutes in the car, their legs were cut off and put in water. Not only were low-quality flowers sold to a regular customer, but in response to the claim, they did not even apologize and did not replace the bouquet. They referred to the legislation that if they paid, then they agreed. but they naturally still kept in the refrigerators, and immediately wilted in the heat. and it's just frustrating not even that they ruined the holiday, but that they could have saved face and corrected their mistake, but they didn't. But flowers should bring joy to people! Neither I nor my friends will buy flowers from a seller with this approach anymore, and I don't advise anyone.
