I stayed for a day twice, the single room is very small but clean, there is everything you need, good quality bed linen. There is no smell in the room or shower. There is a cooler in the hallway and you can get some water.
The second time they upgraded me and put me in a double room, it's quite spacious. The rooms were on the 4th floor, music was playing loudly in the restaurant in the evening, I was afraid it would be heard in the room, but no, it was quiet. I only heard the neighbors when they were going to breakfast, i.e. in the hallway.
Everyone at the reception is friendly and helpful, and by the way, there is no hair dryer in the rooms.
I had breakfast included, a beautiful restaurant with an aquarium with sturgeon, an omelet or a fried egg with sausages and vegetables, modestly, but satisfying and delicious.
The only disadvantage of COFFEE is that I'm a coffee drinker and still can't drink with sugar, there's only 3in1 in the restaurant, get at least 2in1 or a coffee machine for money.
In general, the hotel is very decent for my money, I will come again

I've been to this hotel twice. In 2022 and 2023, I liked it more for the first time, a good breakfast, lots of people. In 2023, it became somehow more boring, the choice at breakfast is very poor.

There is no breakfast, the restaurant on the 2nd floor is not open. The service returned the money to the card due to the lack of an option. The TV is working, but it constantly freezes, it is not possible to watch the channels normally. Geographically located close to Atyrau railway station. The administrators are polite- they tell you what you need, the hotel itself is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. Rooms of the corridor type of location. Water in a bottle of 1 liter was brought, with the change of linen in the room and cleaning is more difficult, if you ask, they are cleaned according to the administrator.

The room is very cramped, the beds are not clear how they stand. The hotel is located near the road and constant noise is provided for you. Parking is also near the road, and you will not find a place in the evening, since everyone comes to the cafe in the same building. The sound insulation is terrible, you can hear drunken neighbors shying away in the hallway.

Great hotel! If anything, the third floor. The hotel after renovation is gorgeous, everything works. The room has a shower, a balcony, a refrigerator, beds with an excellent mattress, disposable toothbrushes and slippers. The floor is laminate, the bed is clean without stains and streaks. In general, I advise you!! Everyone is friendly, you can't hear the neighbors. Wi-Fi and the connection on the phone is powerful. We booked at the Booking, we didn't even call by phone , booking without a bank card is very convenient.
