They regularly buy lumber in different places. In the Russian forest, just not very often: the price is not the most profitable, and there were questions about the quality (the boards were badly damaged a couple of times, the quality of the wood turned out to be lower than stated).
But in general, the quality and prices are comparable to the market average.
So where are the 5 stars from, you ask. I'm telling you. I took the best quality material the other day, for a considerable amount. I brought it to the place, started processing it, and then I notice that one board is not 6 meters, but 5.40. I am writing to them. They asked to check the rest. I checked and found 7 more boards with jambs (not so scary, but nevertheless). I took a picture of everything and threw it to them. A car arrived today and brought 8 smooth 6-meter boards of the right quality.
Any business and person can mess up, anything can happen. It is important whether he is responsible for mistakes, whether he is ready to correct them. I respect a responsible approach. I feel safer when I work with a person who is really responsible for their actions.
I will be glad if the prices are lower, but I will probably buy from these guys more often, since they are pumping their service so much
