There is no respect for customers from the word at all! There are refrigerators in the common room, I went to look at the product, opened it to look and get acquainted with the product, as it is done in other stores, to which I received a shout "do not open the windows". - "And how do I get acquainted with the product?"- "Wait until I serve the others," I looked around and saw that there were about 20 people standing. That is, it was necessary to stand in line for 20-30 minutes and lose your time, instead of immediately seeing the product and understanding whether it was necessary to stand in line at all and waste your time, maybe the product is already in quality or some other moments are not satisfied. My answer was immediately "goodbye", followed by something like "bon voyage". There is no customer orientation at all and everything is so rude! Apparently they don't give a shit about customers at all, since they allow themselves to communicate like that. Not a foot there anymore, although the assortment is good. And for the owners, the wish is to put their refrigerators so that people do not have access to them, since they cannot be opened and look at the goods, or hang locks on them or write in huge letters that access is prohibited and set an alarm!!! Does it make sense to put them in the common room and prohibit access to them?! Put them behind the sellers and don't bark at people or highlight a person for demonstration.
