Irkutsk - Kazan flight via Moscow on July 20, 2023, thank you very much to the employee, I'm sorry I didn't remember the name, I helped you figure it out at the check-in desk and still fly away) When buying tickets online, the passport data of a fellow traveler was mistakenly selected in my ticket) They also returned the money very quickly for not using the luggage. We called the support service, created an application number, and two days later the money was returned to us. Thanks for the service.

This company has deteriorated very much, I constantly fly, but lately, flights are constantly delayed, we wait 40 minutes on the plane for latecomers checking in for a flight from neighboring countries,.... well, what is it all about!!!!! It has become a completely disgusting company, but there is no one to choose from. One hope remained for Aeroflot.
