I consider the best branch of the Sofia network! It feels like you really got into Sofia's cute and cozy house!!! Everything is very sincere and peaceful! There are a lot of seats for taking sweets, there is a separate mini-hall for the company. The staff are all polite and pleasant! A great place for morning coffee! The only thing I want to draw the attention of the management to the quality control of the closed mini-pizza (either it was not very warm, or the ingredients did not come together). And so in general, I definitely recommend it to everyone!!! Baking is super!!!

We visited cafe Sofia with my wife, we ordered Caesar salad, tuna salad, mushroom cream soup and beef stroganoff. The salads were delicious, but the sauce was slightly thin, the soup was excellent, the beef stroganoff was pleasantly surprised. The service was good, the waiter was polite and attentive. We had dinner at Safia (Megaplanet, Yunusabad, 11 sq-l). We ordered a salad with crispy eggplant, in our opinion and taste, we would like to recommend the pastry shop to put less sesame seeds in the salad (interrupts the whole taste), more greens and of course ripe tomatoes. Fresh pastries are in great demand and are quickly running out. When I went in the afternoon, I found empty storefronts with price tags for croissants, samsa, pies, already bought by someone and eaten with pleasure. There were only big cherry pies and Napoleon. I bought the last samsa with meat and chicken for a snack, and as a gift sesame cookies with the inscription on the package: "Smile – you are holding happiness in your hands." On the second floor, I sat for a nice cup of delicious coffee. Great place!

Sale of defrosted confectionery products.
While we lived nearby in a hotel, we drank morning coffee in Safia every day. At first I was delighted with this place. Then the nuances appeared, which lowered the rating to good.
Let's start with the interior - a solid five. It doesn't look like a Parisian cafe, but a European confectionery is 100%. Not conditionally European, but really European. Just super!
Staff - also 5 points!
The coffee is great. We took different ones, we liked all the options. Good grade, not sour. Fragrant, but not excessively. Does not distract from the taste of baking, here is the perfect coffee for a pastry shop. Clean water is brought to the coffee. OK, but I wouldn't serve it with ice or ice cream options. But it didn't hurt :-).
Croissants. I am a croissant lover, and I was lucky to find out what a real Parisian croissant should be. The croissants are correct in size. According to the structure of puff pastry, too. But a real croissant should be made with natural butter and smell of this oil. But this was not.
And having come to the opening, the visitor should not hear that croissants without filling are over, and the next ones will be baked tomorrow. And you should not hear from the waiter an offer to warm up (!) a croissant. A good croissant happens only today, and only baked no more than a few hours ago.
And I was also not happy to hear that on Sunday they do not serve the breakfast menu with scrambled eggs.
All the problems with baking come from the fact that they don't bake what they sell here. Everything is baked at the factory, and frozen is brought. Hence the absence of some positions - it was on Sunday, the factory does not work on weekends. Hence the frost (!) on the berries on the served cake. Hence the fact that many sponge cakes are filled from all sides with sugar or jelly glaze - they look better in it after defrosting. From individual taste - many cakes seemed too sweet, now they are trying to get away from such sweetness. Even biscuits are too heavy - not lush, with a thick heavy viscous layer or nougat inside.
And yet I definitely recommend this pastry shop to visit. Because it's nice, comfortable, beautiful, clean. And in general, it's delicious.
I note that the review was written "on the Hamburg account". The confectionery positions itself highly. It is necessary to conform to this position.
