I stayed in a standard room with twin beds. Hot water doesn’t warm up at all and water doesn’t go down the drain - it pools on the shower floor and overflows onto the whole bathroom floor. My feet were freezing from standing in cold water while I washed my hair in cold water. Miserable experience.
The room itself is very small, does not have black-out drapes or good soundproofing of the door.

A modern, clean hotel. I would even say cozy. A good selection of dishes for breakfast, delicious, I liked it. The old town is a 20-minute walk away. There is a pool, but they didn't get to it, probably a good one. One of the oddities is that a window has disappeared from our room. They returned it the next day. There were also problems with the towel supply channel. 200 times (okay, 4 times) I was informed that towels were needed, but the delivery never got there.

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of a hypermarket.
The room is spacious, comfortable bed, very soft bed.
The room itself is outdated , uncomfortable , but has everything you need .
There is a spare cot in the room, it all looks pretty ugly.
There is a 24/7 room service, prices are above average.
The breakfast is varied, there is plenty to choose from.
The reception staff is literate , customer-oriented , and courteous .
There is a spa area and a conference room.
If you do not take into account outdated repairs and the lack of harmony in the interior, then the conditions are good.
It is suitable for both family holidays and business trips.

We stayed at Sahid Zarafshon and were satisfied. The hotel is spacious, clean, the staff is polite and always ready to help.
I especially liked the recreation area – an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The water in the pool is warm and clean, great for relaxing after a busy day. The spa area has a Turkish hammam and a Finnish sauna, everything is well maintained and pleasant to relax in.
A great place for a comfortable stay and relaxation in Bukhara. We recommend it!

We came to Bukhara for a few days and stayed at Sahid Zarafshon. The hotel itself is clean, modern rooms, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are delicious, the choice of dishes is good.
I especially liked the spa area - it is very pleasant to relax after long walks around the city. The pool with warm water is spacious and clean, and the saunas always have a comfortable temperature. We tried the Turkish hammam — a great place to relax!

It's a nice big hotel, probably the only one in Uzbekistan with a swimming pool. The bed is soft, the blankets and pillows are good! The linen is snow-white. The breakfasts are wonderful. The elevators are working properly. The hotel itself is cold, but the rooms are heated with air conditioning. I did not understand why such a good hotel does not have its own fragrance, usually when you enter a hotel of this level, it always smells nice, there is no such thing.

Good time of day. We stayed at this hotel. We took two rooms. One is on the fifth floor, the other is on the fourth floor. The hotel is large and beautiful. Probably the most eye-catching. Excellent location, within walking distance of the historical center.
The staff is terribly nice!!!
Rooms. They're just huge. The beds are comfortable. Not everything was there, for example, bathrobes, but they asked for it, they brought it right away.
But in one room, on the fourth floor, there was barely warm water in the shower. With that, everything is OK on the fifth floor.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
The breakfast is very good. Tables are constantly full. This is strictly monitored.
The hotel has a spa. But only the pool is free. And baths for as much as 100,000 soums per hour per person!!!!! In addition, the baths are separate.... We swam only in the indoor pool. Very warm and big.
In general, I take off one star for paid and expensive baths and water pressure in one of the rooms.
And I recommend it!!

We spent 2 days at the hotel. Honestly, if it weren't for this hotel and the road repairs, I would have a great impression of Bukhara.
The advantages of the hotel are the pretty exterior and the decoration of the ground floor. Perhaps that's all the advantages.
The room is large, but everything is somehow uncomfortable, cheap wallpaper everywhere, the worst hygiene products in the bathroom. I had to knock out the towels, since they put one for two.
Due to the large gap under the front door of the room and the thin walls, your vacation can be ruined by the loud laughter of the staff.
Breakfasts are just nothing to eat. They don't replenish the food, they ate it, they ate it, eat the eggs. It's the worst I've ever seen.
We left at night, and in the evening we clarified the possibility of picking up the paid breakfast in the lunch boxes. Upon departure, it turned out that the cook was not working at night. It is strange that the previous employee did not have this information. There were a lot of locals hanging out at the hotel at night. They were noisy.
In general, I do not recommend it.

Great authentic interior.
Lamb shish kebab on a bone is very tasty, the freshest meat.
The flatbread is so-so.
The vegetables are not bad with herbs.
The waiters don't speak Russian- it's a blessing that the kind people helped later.
The prices are good - 140,000 euros for two for a dinner with good meat.

It's definitely not worth the money! At first, I booked a hotel through the website and joined the loyalty program (they even made a big discount on the website), but upon arrival at the hotel they only saw the reservation (they did not see the discount). Well, okay, the request to pay in dollars or rubles is a categorical refusal (again, it does not meet the stated conditions on the website, on booking, in Yandex Travel)!
After checking into the room, I was disappointed too. The room stock is old and dirty. The door frames are held on the 98th finishing nail (the child counted). The window sills are dirty, there is a lot of wind blowing from the windows, and minor repair issues.
The three of us moved in (with a child), as a result, they charged for it, but did not report a towel (there are basically only 6 of them - 2 for legs, 2 large, 2 for the face) which no longer corresponds to the stated 4 stars.
Then we went to the pool - we froze on the way to the pool, it was cold in the locker rooms, and they didn't give us a towel (we had to go up to the room again). Mold grows on the ceiling of the indoor pool (it sometimes falls into the water, by the way).
The only thing that wasn't bad was the breakfasts. Sufficient choice and quantity of products.
Definitely not a foot in this hotel anymore!!! It's clearly too expensive.

We stayed at the hotel from January 7 to January 10, 2025. We took two rooms on the 4th floor. I do not recommend it!!! Deception, theft, and low service. The positive reviews were clearly written by local relatives and friends.
The main disadvantage is that the money (rubles) in the room was stolen from the inner pocket of the backpack, which was closed. They also stole 200 euros from the safe. Moreover, it was opened twice, but we thought that the safe was broken, since the password did not fit and the first time I tried to open it, I wrote that it needed 15 minutes before opening. Naturally, they denied it and did not compensate for anything.
Other disadvantages:
1. We booked this hotel only because of the pool. And on the second day of our stay, despite the pre-booked hammam and massage (the pool is included in the price), we were informed that it was impossible to visit the pool and hammam due to their disinfection. But since the massage was supposed to be next to the hammam, we went into this room and saw that everything was working and there was no disinfection. There was a group of men sitting in the pool area. They said they were representatives of the local prosecutor's office. And that the hotel staff is told to deceive and tell all hotel visitors that disinfection is underway.
And the massage was moved to another floor and instead of two tables (there were two of us), there was only one.
So in this hotel, even if you paid for the pool, there is no guarantee that you will get into it. They can close it at any time and not compensate you.
2. The pool is large, but perhaps due to the fact that the water in it is hot and there is little or no chlorine, there is shaggy mold and terrible dirt on the bottom and walls of the pool, especially near the three stairs to enter the pool. Swimming is disgusting.
3. Despite the low season, the room was not prepared upon arrival. There was no water, slippers, and a shoe spatula (I asked for a short one every day, but they never brought it). The teaspoon (there was one in the room) was dirty with leftovers, and there was water in the kettle from past visitors.
4. Bathrobes and towels are terribly worn.
5. It is impossible to take a bath in the bathroom, as yellow water flows from time to time.
6. The taps in the bathroom (room 407) are loose.
7. The food in the restaurants at the hotel and at the breakfasts wants the best.
8. On my first visit to the restaurant, they didn't give me a receipt at first (they said something wasn't working there), but asked me to pay at the checkout. And on the second day, they said that we hadn't paid for lunch. However, then they remembered. But the moment was unpleasant.
9. The rooms are quite cold in January. The blankets are quite thin, the air conditioner is very noisy and it is impossible to sleep with it.
10. The lighting in the rooms is insufficient. The main space is illuminated by floor lamps and table lamps.
11. The hotel as a whole is in terrible condition, the service is the worst that we have seen.

We stayed at this hotel from 02/10/2025 to 02/12/2025. I booked a room with two single beds, at the reception they asked me if it was true, I said yes, as a result, they settled into a room with one large bed. We said okay, but then give us a duvet cover for the second blanket. This issue has been resolved. When checking in at the reception, the girl was told that it was her mother's birthday, she said that they would bring a compliment. The next day, as I was passing by, I reminded her about her birthday again, she said yes, yes, I forgot, now you will receive a compliment.
They never did. To me, it's very ugly to promise and not do it twice..
It was very cold on 11.02, we had a long walking tour, and the only thing we wanted was to come and take a warm shower.
But we were unlucky, the tap water was icy and there was no pressure. I called the craftsmen, they came, looked at everything, they got dirty, they sort of fixed it, they said they would ask the maid to wipe the floors and bring clean towels, this never happened. The hotel of unfulfilled promises.
There are no batteries in the room, the air conditioner does not work for heat. It's very very cold in the room. The only place where it's warm is under the covers.
Room number is 708. View of the city, it was not noisy.
The room is very spacious. There are many lighting options. There is everything you need, tea and coffee, all jars, Internet, water.
The breakfasts are great, but if you come closer to 9.30, then there may be something cold. The quality of the food is excellent, the variety and freshness, there are no complaints. Three types of scrambled eggs, porridge, meat, sweet, fruits. Tea, coffee, vegetables, Cheeses, sausages. There is everything you need. I would add maybe a signature to each dish, because it's not always clear what it is and maybe 1-2 more types of juice.
There are 3 restaurants on the territory of the hotel and next to it on the street, in one (on the street) we ate twice. It's not bad, but they didn't congratulate my mother on her birthday either, but they had delicious samsa and barbecue. I wouldn't recommend taking cheesecake there, it's terrible and expensive. The restaurant also messed up the order twice, but then eventually brought the right one and it was removed from the receipt. Delicious shish kebab and samsa.
I would like to mention the swimming pool and sauna separately.
The pool is spacious, large, and warm enough. But there are 2 saunas, a hammam and a Finnish sauna. And according to various sources, the sauna is paid or not.
They didn't take any money from the local guy who lives in this hotel, the girl wrote a review that it was free, but 100,000 sums were withdrawn from me, and this was just on the same day when there was no hot water in the room. Hammam - 38 degrees was indicated, but the steam was not visible, anyone who knows the system will understand. In the sauna, the thermometer was at 70, but it was also quite bearable. It may be related to the division into male and female.
The location is not bad, not directly in the center, but also not very far away. There is a large bank nearby where you can exchange currency.
The hotel is an old building, just renovated. The plumbing is tired. The girl at the reception who doesn't remember what she promises is a petite brunette, very pretty with long hair.
There is no desire to return there at all.
There are advantages, but there are also enough disadvantages.
There are hotels where they love their guests, but it's not her.

Old renovation! An incomprehensible Lobby ! There is no desire to walk without shoes in the rooms. The old floor covering is stained, everything is unclean! The pool is generally a separate story, there's a bunch of monsoon at the bottom and it's an indoor pool, everything is in mold around the pool, we went in and didn't even swim in a swamp!!!!
In general, there aren't even 3 stars here, towels and bathrobes have probably been worn to dust since the 90s! Many people say the breakfasts are good, but they're not. The breakfasts are meager. You can't eat the cheapest sausages, and the coffee is like squeezing out of socks or beans from a nearby hotel! There are very few fruits.I do not recommend this hotel!!!

We booked a superior with one large double bed, and upon check-in we were given a room with two separate beds. They stubbornly did not want to change the number, but eventually they changed it. The rooms are bad - they are small, uncomfortable, and the layout is inconvenient (for example, a closet for storing outerwear at the end of the room by the bed + it is very small). Everything in the rooms is already pretty messed up, the TV is not working. There is no fence in the shower because of this, then the whole shower, including the toilet, which is next to it, is in the water. The breakfasts are acceptable, without frills. The staff is polite, but they don't want to help.

There is no refrigerator in the room, there is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a bathrobe or underwear, the maids do not know Russian; the waiters in the restaurant almost all do not know Russian; the TV was not working; two nails were sticking out of the wall next to the chair, a silk dress was almost torn; cleaning The registration was not carried out in a timely manner, only after complaints about its absence!
And the "cherry on the cake": the rules of silence are not observed after 23 hours - until two in the morning, Uzbek weddings thundered for two nights in a row (and we were three nights), and after the second wedding, technicians dismantled metal racks for decoration, hammered on them right under our second-floor windows.

There is a round 5 meters deep from 60 to 40. Heated. And the street is about the same. With a bar and sun loungers.the service is excellent. But sometimes you need to make clarifications))))breakfast... It is meager, there are no desserts.an excess of staff loitering or staring. We came, the table was not cleaned, no one came to him. The manager has no idea about the organization.... There is football under the flag of fifa, the delegation..and such....dissonance is an application for five stars and the organization for 2!! The amazing thing is that in Uzbekistan the food is really delicious, but here probably a foreigner is the manager. The guests are English, Koreans, Italians, Brazilians, Russian speakers, Kazakhs..
