We rested at the hotel at the end of September 2024, in general, we were satisfied with the rest:
+ the hotel is new, completely renovated, the rooms are newly renovated, everything is stylish, snow-white linen, slippers, towels, shampoo, soap, even cotton pads and sticks, everything is provided,
shower gels are cool, but there is no toothpaste I had to buy it, but there is tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room
+the plumbing is new and beautiful, everything is clean, the cleaning is excellent! There is only water in the minibar, replenished daily!
+I was very pleased with the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and on the beach, I caught perfectly anywhere, as well as a free safe in the room

Viennese waffles with fruits and delicious ice cream every day from 14.00 to 18.00 unlimited, as well as pizza, burgers, French fries in the snack bar by the pool until 17.00, for lunch and dinner there are always sweets and desserts different, fruits: melon, watermelon, plum, tangerines, apples, grapes are very tasty
+ the biggest plus is the beach, there is a shuttle service to it (5-7 minutes drive), departs every hour. The beach is great! The water is crystal clear! (We looked at the beaches of other hotels nearby, they are very narrow, the sun beds are close) but our sun beds are free, they are new, stylish, the beach is wide, there are a lot of places, and there are no children!!!! the approach is very comfortable, the sand and small pebbles, the sea is clean, the view of the mountains is gorgeous. There are always free sun beds, no need to occupy them in advance, tables, umbrellas, everything is there!
+ in the snack bar on the beach from 10.00 am beer, wine, sprite, cola - from drinks, from food : burgers, French fries, nuggets, potato balls, fresh vegetables, every day from 14.00 to 17.00 very tasty ice cream, different flavors, my favorite lemon and salted caramel - a combination of cannon!!!
+the location of the hotel is not bad, the very center, there are many shops and cafes nearby, a promenade, 10 -15 minutes walk down to the embankment.
We didn't look for the cons or tried not to notice them, so we liked everything

A wonderful hotel, excellent rooms, gorgeous views, everything is within walking distance, but one thing was not pleasant that the hostels at the reception wanted to sell us a standard room for which we already paid!!!
Initially we were accommodated under the roof in an economy room, and they asked us to pay extra for the standard.
+ we had a honeymoon, the tour operator sent a letter, but in the end there was nothing.
Allegedly there was no mark. Although the tour operator sent us a screenshot of the sent letter.
The girl at the reception is called Elena.
If you will not agree to economy under the guise of standard!!!

Entertainment program every day , room cleaning , staff - everything is on top!the beach is a bit far , but this is not a problem at all, there is a shuttle service, there is a great snack bar on the beach.The sea is clear. Great hotel. The new owner is just a smart guy, there is a lot of money invested. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. We bought another building, there were three pools. I don't know who is missing or what, but everything is fine with the food. A lot of beef, mutton, red fish, trout, sea bass. This is considering that meat is sooo expensive in Turkey. And everything is very tasty, there is a lot of everything. He will remain hungry if only a person who does not eat anything at all)) I read the calls and didn't understand people at all. I'm sorry if they didn't give them a lot of Mr. on a shovel))) And the booze is fine. Yes, the alcohol is local, and it says that it is local. But also champagne, whiskey, gin, vodka, tequila, all sorts of liqueurs. Everyone poured us a lot and if they asked for no ice, then they didn't put ice on it. And about the fact that after 23 00 they didn't even pour a coke. So read the concept. Everything is included until 23. It doesn't matter what you ask. The animation worked both day and evening. Who needed it, everyone had fun. They didn't need her, but they didn't mind either. During the day, water aerobics, darts, water polo. There were also foam contests in the evenings. And the Turks with zumba arrived for a week, they were so tired of everyone on the third day. So everything is OK with entertainment. Yes, a big plus is that the hotel is without children. Disco up to 12. Who is not enough, there are clubs. And next to the hotel there are residential buildings and people are not to blame that some comrades do not have enough ora until 24 00. You also need to turn on your head, and not just your own wishes. To summarize: worthy 4, I have known this hotel since 2008 and I will say that the changes are global and for the better. I definitely recommend it. And someone is happy, a 5 valkam for the price is twice as expensive. I doubt they'll lick you better there, but maybe you'll get lucky.

The views in Kemer are simply amazing, because of the views alone you need to visit there, high mountains, islands in the sea, beauty! We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., a Russian receptionist met us at the reception, said that at about 12 o'clock they would be able to check us in. They have a special room for suitcases so that they don't stand in the lobby. We immediately connected Wi-Fi, which catches perfectly throughout the territory and in the rooms. Bracelets were also put on for us right away, we went to eat quietly. While we were eating, we were informed that they could even check in earlier, we literally sat for another 20 minutes and were given numbers and cards for towels.
Our room was on the 4th floor under the roof, a room with a nice balcony, the rooms below had French balconies, on which you can only smoke. In other buildings with rooms of a different category, the balconies are also large. The room has everything at once: shampoos, shower gel, body cream, cotton pads, cotton swabs, shower caps, washcloths. (in general, there should still be toothbrushes with paste and needles with thread, but we did not have) The safe in the room is free, the hotel also has a common air conditioning system, the temperature did not change, it was always 24 degrees. We were also lucky, we had a double bed, some of the same room category had two single beds pushed together. I also want to mention the noise insulation in our building from the minuses. Music was playing in our hotel until 01:30, and music from another hotel was playing in front of our front door until 12 at night. If you are going to lie down at this time, you will hear the cacophony of discos. In general, the room for 5 is because of the noise insulation, but stylish, new. The hotel itself is also beautiful, instagrammable, the people mostly vacationed Russians 85%, Turks 10%, Europeans 5%.
The food was delicious, varied, despite the fact that the buffet is not very big (we always got to large sizes). There was a snack bar on the street next to the restaurant, where they made scrambled eggs, tortillas, pancakes, grilled vegetables for lunch and dinner, beef and chicken meat, burgers and pizza were always served in between lunch. The restaurant has always had potatoes of various types, pasta, rice, as well as vegetable dishes, meat. Of the unusual dishes were shrimp, squid, octopus, she always had red or white fish for lunch and dinner. As usual, the Turkish pastry, there were not many fruits: melons, watermelons, apples, nectarines. Delicious Viennese waffles with chocolate and strawberry topping, sweet strawberries and bananas were made with fruits in a pastry shop by the pool from 14-18h. Ice cream was also served there. As for the rolls and tacos, they were not in a separate bar, but in the main restaurant for dinner, the usual rolls with cucumber and leek, tasted disgusting, porridge with undercooked rice, tacos we never found, the guys we met there said they were also about nothing, dry chicken in a dry flatbread. In the kitchen, I would still put 5, because you won't stay hungry there with any food preferences.
For drinks at the hotel, only local alcohol is free, beer on tap 2.5 degrees, in the lobby bar 4.5, local white and red wine, gin, whiskey, champagne, baileys are all local. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are made at the pool bar. Sometimes they do it well, sometimes they just mix syrups with vodka. There is something to drink. Free alcohol ended at 23 o'clock, soft drinks around the clock. For alcohol, I would put 4.
Transfer to the sea and back every hour (except lunch from 12-14 break), the current schedule at the reception, not on the bus. We were driven by a minibus, it takes about 7 minutes to get to the sea. In the heat of 38 degrees, we did not dare to walk, but those who walked said 40 minutes-1 hour to walk. There is also a bar on the sea with snacks (burgers, nuggets, onion rings, potato balls, mini sausages) from alcohol only beer, wine, used water, cola, fanta, sprite. The beach also has its own wifi for free. The beach is good, everyone constantly goes to clean cups, trash cans. Sun beds are always available. The sea and the view of the mountains are beautiful, but the sea is deep, literally 3 meters from the beach and already the feet do not reach the bottom. We also noticed a tendency that microplastics used to come in the afternoon, but in the morning it was no longer there. They also asked the animators, explaining that it was because of the storm. I also put 5 on the sea.
Of the disadvantages, I will say that the whole concept of the hotel is a beautiful picture. If someone goes to a party hotel to hang out, it's not about this hotel. A huge disadvantage for the animation team, who did almost nothing. According to the pool program, there has never been yoga, morning exercises, zumba, step aerobics. Only darts, water aerobics, water polo (and it wasn't every day).The main animator is a Turk, in general, he felt very imposing, he was not visible at all during the day, crawled out at 4 o'clock to swim, and then he was not visible again until the evening. The animation was supposed to start at 21 or 21:30, there was always an hour delay in the program, even if it was a themed disco. We understand that this is so that the disco at the hotel would be shorter and, accordingly, people would go to the club to continue. The DJ almost always has the same music, you can't order a song, because he plays it from a flash drive. At the nearby hotel, everyone always noticed that the music was better. In my understanding, in the evening animation, the team prepares first a show entertainment for the guests, then a disco. Of the guest shows, there were only women against men and the best couple of the hotel, with contests at the level of the 2000s, with a prize as a glass of champagne. Sluggish and uninteresting. The animator did not attract or turn people on in any way. Theme parties are also spectacular, but not interesting. They will put up decorations (which, as we later found out, are rented, and we watched them at the next hotel), the go-go girls will dance for 5 minutes and then a boring disco from a flash drive. Fortunately, we met the guys there and we formed a big company, we went to the pools and entertained ourselves. So did other people, many of whom gathered in the company and entertained themselves. In general, you can't put more than 2 animations for trying with decorations. If it wasn't for the scenery, I would have put 1.
To sum up, I will say that despite the main aspect-entertainment, our vacation was great, we went at our own risk, because there were almost no reviews for the hotel, the concept was constantly changing, most importantly, we knew that we were not going to a bedbug, where only soy sausage was eaten. If the goal is to have a delicious meal, swim in the sea, chat with people, or vice versa, be alone, then it's definitely worth going at least 1 time. Adding up all the ratings, this hotel is just 4*

We were from 11 to 17 September.
The hotel is aimed at adults, there is no children's animation, but there are quite “adult” discos and parties until one o'clock in the morning. Every night we took part in the amazing (in the truest sense of the word) rooms of our hotel - mostly performed by Verka-Serdyuchka)). In principle, this is the only point that can be attributed to the disadvantages of our vacation. Now to the pros.
Number: small, very clean and cozy, excellent shower, air conditioning is in its default mode (you can only remove the cold), TV with Russian channels, a small refrigerator (refilled with water), kettle, safe.
Staff: almost all speak Russian, are very polite and efficient.
Food: in addition to the buffet three times a day, there was a pastry shop, a grill bar and bars by the pool, at the reception and on the beach with unlimited food and alcohol. Pizza alternates with hamburgers, all polished with French fries and beer. Ice cream on the beach. We were treated to fried fish once, and steaks once too. Of course, I liked olives, greens, vegetables, matzoni and cheeses from the food. There was not a very large selection of fruits, but they were all fresh. Rice and beans were cooked awesome. Desserts from the buffet - the choice is large, a little specific. The Viennese waffles from the pastry shop are delicious.
Beach: 5 minutes to the sea by minibus, 20 minutes on foot. Small and medium pebbles, excellent entry. They give out their own deck chairs and towels.
Spa center: access to the hammam and sauna is free, other services are paid - various massages and spa treatments. We went to the sauna once.

Great hotel, I really liked it. We had a rest in June 2024, delicious food, clean rooms. We saw a healthy cockroach on the stairs on the last day, but not fatally. The transfer to the beach is a little inconvenient, you always need to adjust the time, you can not always leave because of the large number of people, it happened that they waited for a car from the beach for 30 minutes (they were late).

I had a rest in the 2024 season.
The food was better than in some budget fives, I had enough of everything and according to my preferences, almost everything was delicious. Decent snacks in the form of waffles, pizza (very tasty) and burgers. Quite a good ice cream.
There were no crowds or queues for food.

There is a shuttle service to the beach, 7-10 minutes on the way. Towels are provided without a deposit. There is a bar, WC, changing cabins on the beach.
There were enough places for everyone.
When the sea is stormy and the wind is blowing, a lot of small debris floated, in calm the water is clear as crystal.
The room has a TV, kettle,free safe, air conditioning. There were 10 hangers. In the shower there is a hair dryer, shampoo, balm, gel, soap.
The hotel is renovated, they try to keep it clean everywhere.
There is one feature: the absence of a balcony (there is a crossbar) or the presence of a small balcony, you can only dry the swimsuit.
The people from the staff are not bad, but there are peculiar ones, the main thing is not to focus on this.
In general, I do not regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel has a cool concept, a youth hotel for couples and friends (companies). Animators are cool girls! Only music in the form of Asti sometimes gets boring. Delicious cocktails, the food is not bad (there is not much choice), but you will definitely not stay hungry. The grill bar always has snacks (pizza, snacks). Very diverse alcohol, high-quality whiskey and delicious beer (draught). The staff is doing their best, the guys are great. Vacation in early October 2024. By this time, very few people remained in the hotel (each vacationer was known "by sight" not only by the hotel staff, but by the visitors themselves). It's too bad that we were not warned when buying a tour about the closing of the season in October at this hotel. The animation no longer worked at all, and every day the assortment of cuisine and alcoholic beverages became smaller and smaller. Given that there were practically no people in the hotel, they managed to give a room with a view of the "backyard", while the Russian-speaking administrator was asked to give a quiet room with a good view. The result is a huge sheet for the entire window (pictured) and loud music from a nearby hotel (in which there is anamation and daily cultural programs every day until 00.00).
We tried to pay attention to the positive aspects of the rest - no queue at the bar, free sun loungers by the pool. Another thing that I liked was a massage therapist (like Abdul) who works on the territory of the hotel, it's a pity that I didn't get to him from the first day. Really the hands of a professional. I advise everyone to go to him.

We had a vacation with a friend in the middle of July. Let's start right away with the check-in. I knew that animation was taking place at the hotel until one o'clock in the morning, so I asked at the reception if possible to check into a room with windows not facing the pool. She agreed, but in the end they still gave her a view of the stage. It's very strange, because the guys behind us were put in a room on the side of the road. Okay, let's move on. There were several unpleasant cases. We left for two days on an excursion to Cappadocia, returned tired and hungry, and it also turned out that the air conditioner had not worked for all these two days. We turn it on — a minute passes and it turns off. I had to go to the reception to figure it out. To which they spread their hands with rolling their eyes. They don't understand Russian. It's very lucky that my friend and I are English teachers and gave them a great show. We were told "just relax", It seems like the problem with the air conditioner was fixed. In general, the staff is very, very strange.
It is impossible not to highlight just the magical spa that the hotel is so proud of. As a result, this is a huge imposition of the services of a hammam. Huge — it means every day they come up to you several times and ask if you have agreed to a hamam. To such an extent, the imposition that in the end I just couldn't see this person anymore. The staff who work in the kitchen and clean the rooms are good guys. The animators are also good.
Animation is also a separate topic. I don't like loud music at all, and so on, I understand that many people like it. But to listen to "electro slotting" until one o'clock, well, that's it... I understand if there were famous world tracks. Also during the day: darts, water polo, stretching and fitness in the pool. We have never participated in anything. The music is very loud by the main pool, so I had to go to two small pools.
About the food. The food is absolutely ordinary. Sometimes I didn't even know what to take, because somehow I didn't even want to. Alcohol is only local. They are diluted heavily with juices and ice - if only it would be more economical.
It is also unclear about the work of the other extensions. For example, there is a sushi and taco bar near one of the small pools, but it has never worked. They said (at the reception) that there are a la carte restaurants, but immediately corrected themselves and said that they do not work at all. Then why did you have to talk?
So the hotel is average: there is always food: breakfast, lunch, dinner + waffles and ice cream, burgers, etc. during the day. The cocktail bar is also normal. There is also a snack bar and sun beds on the beach.
If you are coming here, you understand that this is not the first coastline, there is a shuttle to the beach, but the hotel is in the center of Kemer.
Wi-Fi catches well everywhere. The room is well renovated. The only drawback is the blankets. Because there are none. I would like to cover myself with something more weighty than a tablecloth.

The hotel is new, cool, the staff is diligent, kind, and able to listen to guests. So far, alcoholic beverages are not available around the clock, but until 22. Otherwise, everything is great. The food is for 4/5, very even for a 4* hotel. The cocktails are delicious, better than in other Kemer hotels. There is animation, there is water polo and darts. We'd like to come back again!!! You can take a hotel transfer to the beach, or you can walk to the public (at the clubs) or moonlight.

The alcohol is local, but not bad, the cocktails are delicious, the beer is only draught. Different parties every day! It's a lot of fun and varied!!! Of the cons - there is no mini-bar, or rather it is, but only water. There is no Wi-Fi or music on the beach. And alcohol is available for free only until 22 o'clock, then only for money. We stayed at this hotel from July 25 to August 2, 2024 with a company of 5 people (age 25-30 years)
I'll start with the fact that despite all the reviews we read, we drove with a positive attitude and the first days justified certain moments and tried to enjoy our vacation as much as possible, but still, having listed the points below, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
-1. UAI is nonsense and that's all, they won't give you more than one glass in your hands until 23:00, which is extremely strange, it seems like they paid for the ticket and came to rest, and not to experience the negative from the bartenders, to whom the owner gave this instruction, and after 23:00 you want to drink a delicious cocktail or even a glass guilt - pay the money and nothing else.
+2. Kitchen. There are no complaints and no questions, although there was not too much choice, nevertheless, you can always find something to eat. During the 8 days of rest, the hot part for dinner and lunch has never been repeated, after all, there is a variety and the food is really delicious. This point is important, since it is impossible to eat burgers and pizzas all the rest days, the buffet is definitely a plus, we have never been hungry. Of the 8 days, three days were rolls - homemade, but delicious, with various fillings, ice cream on the beach and on the territory of the hotel unlimited at certain hours (I don't remember which).
There were a lot of sweets for every meal, but we didn't really eat them, so I can't say about the goodies.
-+3. Modern interior. We had one comfort standard room in the new building, and one comfort standard in the old building, too, good furniture and televisions inside the rooms.
Towels were changed daily without any complaints.
They never vacuumed or washed the floor. Apparently, this is not necessary. Upon arrival in our room, there were hair and crumbs on the floor from previous guests, we cleaned and washed everything ourselves so that we could walk barefoot. If you are not obsessed with cleanliness and are not squeamish, it is possible that you will not pay much attention to this.
-+4. The beach. The beach is cool, there were always enough sunbeds, but the bungalows that you see in the photos are paid, it's very strange. For all 8 days they were completely empty except for one, which was closest to the sea.
It seemed extremely strange to us, apparently they were originally built to rent. The bus from the hotel to the beach takes a maximum of 10 minutes, we didn't walk, it's hard in the heat.
The bartender pours only one beer in his hands, but you can take two wines. Miracles, and that's all))) explaining to him that I am not alone and not only myself, he shows the cross with his hands and goodbye. These are the instructions they received from above, what to do.
-+5. Hotel staff. The bartender is adequate alone and this is the girl in the lobby bar, all the rest are angry at life and at vacationers, young people who show with all their appearance and actions how you annoy them even when ordering a glass of cola with ice) The hotel owner is always at the hotel, controls the work of the staff and the rest of the tourists, looking at the plates, but this little things, it didn't bother much) the sons, of course, walk around the hotel like on a red carpet, looking at young girls with wild eyes, we were with men - this issue didn't bother us, so I don't care. Every free madam goes to this hotel with her own purpose, the girls were different, who behaved inappropriately - they were certainly stared at and they were hounded from morning to night, which then happened - we are not interested, we were not touched and thank God.
-6. THERE IS ONE BAR FOR ALL THREE POOLS, AS WELL AS A TOILET. The main pool is the main one, you can't go wrong right away when you see it, there's a bar next to it and a toilet. But the other two pools are deprived of such bonuses, which is also extremely unclear. There is not even an elementary refrigerator with water. If you want to drink, go to another pool.
The coolest pool in our opinion is the one with the bridge, in the pool near the old building there is a terrible smell of chlorine that corrodes even silver chains.
-7. Animation. I've never been interested in animation, so I'm biased here. We saw that we played darts, water polo and that's it.
Evening shows are boring, people just relax in their companies, communicate, have fun and listen to how the animator gathers people to the club every single day)))
I would like to write a lot more while my head is in a mess.
This 16+ hotel differs from family or any other hotels in that yes - no children, and that music plays longer in the evening than it should. We didn't notice any differences at all anymore.

!!!!!Saint Star Kemer. We have never been able to meet a worse service than here. It all started on the first day of check-in. At the reception we were informed that this year they have closed a-lacart (This is a restaurant on the beach)
On the beach there are only burgers (chicken liver patty), French fries, deep-fried onion rings and a bar, but this is a separate topic, I will return to it later. And so they give us a card from the room and we go to it. Upon entering the room, we were struck by protruding wires in the bathroom wall and a fallen lamp from the ceiling. The room itself is generally not bad by 4 points.
Now let's move on to the restaurant. The restaurant's kitchen has 3 points. The same food every day. Most of the staff do not know Russian or English. The tables are all dirty and sticky. Every time I had to run after the waiter and ask them to wipe the table and give me the cutlery. The pastry is not bad by 4 points e, but I repeat every day everything is the same.
We turn to the bar, there are 3 of them, the same alcohol everywhere. (Locally produced alcohol). It's not super high-quality, but you can drink it. I recommend buying alcohol at Duty Free. The beach bar differs from everyone else in its ability to show poor service, they asked for beer, the bartender starts pouring (it flows through his hands and into a glass). They also asked for 2 empty glasses, the bartender said that he would not give anything, since the bar opens at 10:00, and the clock is 09:30. I don't understand at all how such boors work in a 4-star hotel, especially one that positions itself as an ultra all-inclusive…
Throughout the rest, we had to swear to be given empty glasses.
About the beach:The beach is very dirty and a dog with lichen ran along the beach for 2 days in a row…
About sushi:I have never tasted worse sushi (rice that was left over from lunch, nori leaves, cucumber or strongly salted pink salmon. Powdered soy sauce and wasabi mixed with water…

We stayed with my husband in this hotel in August.
If we talk about the room: excellent design, new renovation, the room has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV, safe. The air conditioner only works at 24 degrees, because of this we did not turn it on, because we got sick the first night, and it was very hot in Turkey, it was uncomfortable to sleep.
Food: a large selection of dishes, but more Turkish cuisine, I didn't really like it, I wanted more familiar food. But since we are vacationing in another country, this is expected))
Now about what finished me off and basically spoiled the impression of the service of this hotel: when leaving the hotel, we were told that we could order a lunch box. We ordered it in advance the day before departure. As a result, we go to the reception to pick it up, to which we are told that there will be no lunchbox! If they knew, they would have bought food with them to the airport. It was very unpleasant!
We were also met: we stopped by at 11 pm hungry due to the huge flight delay. No one explained to us where everything in the hotel is, where and to whom to contact, it's good that they showed us where our room is. And they also stayed hungry, because they said that dinner was long gone.
The beach: the beach itself is great, clean, we personally always had enough sun beds whenever we came. but!!! THE TRANSFER IS TERRIBLE. This bus that goes to the sea and back is just terrible, it ruined EVERYTHING! He walks off schedule at all, waits for it to fill up, and when it fills up, the driver will smoke for another 10 minutes while we all die from the heat and stuffiness. That is, conditionally, he should arrive at 10 a.m. at the beach. We arrive at 9:55, and he's not there. He arrives at 10:40, or even at 11. There is no schedule! This was the main disadvantage, so it's better to choose a hotel by the sea, we were very mistaken.
Animation: we liked it, as this is our first experience of such a holiday. The most exciting thing is there are no children!!! Parties are themed every day, the music is often the same, but cool, a lot of Russian music) minus: they always delayed the event by an hour, that is, according to the schedule, it started at 21:30, and started at 22:30. And apparently, all this was done because alcoholic beverages are free until 23:00, and then for a fee. I really liked the foam party.
Alcohol: a lot of different cocktails, beer, tequila, whiskey with and without Cola, gin and tonic and all that kind of stuff. We made cool cocktails with liquid nitrogen) but the alcohol was diluted, as for me. It was hard to get drunk)))
General information about the hotel: it is modern, beautiful, lots of space. There are 3 pools, but damn! They work until 19:00 and at 18:45 they kick you out and fill everything with chemicals. This is a direct minus. There is a Finnish sauna and a hammam, but a hammam without steam supply, it did not work ((
The staff are different, many smile and do everything with a soul, but some just don't care.
In general, you can give this hotel 3 stars out of 5, as I removed 2 stars for the disregard- the unused lunch boxes, the air conditioning in the room, which works on 1 mode and that's it, as well as for the inconvenient location of the hotel and its terrible transfer!
You can relax here once, but you don't want to come again)

This is a former otium resident. I had a rest in October 2021, then there were small disadvantages. There are several buildings in the hotels. Now the hotel has been completely renovated, the rooms have modern renovation, the restaurant is cozy, beautiful, the food is delicious and varied. The beach remains the same, there are always enough sunbeds, there is a bar, there is always something to eat and drink. The changing rooms and toilets are clean. An air-conditioned minibus takes you to the beach. The hotel staff is friendly, the room was changed without additional charges, as it was originally given with access to the pool, there is not much noise in the evening. We stayed at the hotel in July 2023. I thought my disgusting feelings would subside after a while, but no. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service couldn't be worse. We hoped that the hotel was new, everything would be new and everyone would try their best. And as a result, at first the air conditioner did not work and the room was very dirty, it took us a whole day to solve this problem and in general the air conditioner was turned off throughout the hotel several times a day in the hottest weather. We didn't even see half of what was promised before check-in of all-inclusive food and service, neither freshly squeezed juices nor ice cream. The food was not particularly tasty and it was the same every day, they promised barbecue dishes, there were none, as well as snack bars and ala restaurant maps. The dishes were often poorly washed and I had to sort through the plates in search of a clean one. The rooms were not cleaned, it was constantly dusty, they just made the bed and changed the towels, they constantly took away the necessary accessories, towels, bedspreads and other bathroom accessories were not reported, the cleaners could eat food from our room, the refrigerator was not replenished at all until you remind them several times. The sea is far away to walk for 40 minutes, and the bus ran erratically, besides, it was terribly stuffy on the bus because the air conditioner did not work. There were many more problems that I can describe endlessly, and which the staff did not solve in any way, and sometimes even avoided us, they only said we would fix everything, but in order to fix it, we had to contact the reception 2-3 or more times. In our absence and without our permission and notification, the staff came into the room and changed our safe, allegedly broken, to a working one, while our clothes and underwear were in the closet. They turned everything around, and then assured us that they had done it all for our good. In the end, when I was evicted, I fell off their steep stairs at the hotel along with my luggage, barely flew home and was on sick leave for another month. By the way, when they saw that I was injured, the staff did not help in any way, but just stood and watched. Even the owner of the hotel was contacted. As a result, the top manager, as he said, promised us to return the money for the spoiled vacation and give us a bonus for another 7 days next year, when they would fix all the problems we faced, but they did not return anything, and then simply ignored us. Even a review is not enough to tell all the negative points, so I wish everyone a good vacation and choose hotels where you can really relax, and not solve problems half the time and get a low-quality vacation.

I stay at the hotel for 5 days and in general I can say that the hotel is one of the best I have ever been to, the hotel is not large, designed for +- 200 people, it is very convenient, you can say as if you live here as one big family and everyone knows each other, I want to mention the hotel staff separately, here he is at the highest level, everyone is so joyful and friendly, I especially want to mention two girls from the staff, Alina and Anna, young sociable and energetic girls, after talking with them, the mood just does that. About the beach, I can say that there are enough sun loungers, the beach is pebbly, delicious ice cream with different flavors in the hotel and on the beach. The beach is a little far away, so every hour there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach, in general, I highly recommend everything that I would like to note!

We had a rest in July 2024 and there is something to compare it with, because we were at this hotel in September 2023. Things have not changed for the better, of course... As for the trip this year: They position themselves as ultra all inclusive (and it was like that a year ago), and now only local drinks, the rest is paid. Moreover, drinks only until 23:00 (not only alcohol), while after 22:00 only two glasses in one hand, after 22:30 one glass in one hand, then for a fee. Bartenders work sooo slow, especially Deniz (maybe on purpose) The beach bar is open until 18:00. There are no complaints about food, there is enough of everything, it is diverse. We got a room above the kitchen, we saw cockroaches, and there was a problem with the shower, which was fixed somehow. The "big boss" only goes around looking for young girls for his pleasures and makes sure that vacationers do not eat or drink too much. There was a case when there were two glasses per person on the table, after which the "big boss" forbade his employees to pour us... The guys told about the precedent when a person came with his bottle of beer, after which they did not pour him at the bar until the end of the rest, explaining that since there is money, buy from us, and not in the market.
The only plus is that the hotel is 16+ and there are no children. By the way, animation is much better this year, more spectacular, but the location is like in a theater (at the same time, it is strictly forbidden to move chairs).
A big question for the animators of the girls... Of the three, only one came up to us, we don't even know the rest by name, as well as the owner, they don't give a damn about the vacationers.
In general, the rest was a success, we are happy, because our company is cheerful and we do not pay attention to the negative.
If last year we had a desire to return to this hotel, which we did, then this time there is no such desire.

We had a rest with friends
On the plus side: it looks like a fresh renovation, a clean pool, no children, the pizza is not bad, the desserts are normal.
Of the cons:
1) what is the point of calling yourself ultra all inclusive and pouring only local alcohol, the rest is for money and only a bar until 11 o'clock.
Beer, as if it were non-alcoholic.
2) there were only 3 hangers in the room for two
3) there were wires sticking out of the tiles in the toilet, there were no slopes on the door, the socket was hanging it was unclear how
4) during the week of rest, the room was cleaned only 2 times, although the room cleaning button was always turned on
5) gel shampoos and others do not renew the word at all.
6) the food seems to be varied (but I don't know how you can eat this, I ate once delicious all the time, it was mashed potatoes and breaded turkey)
And the dried chicken is outrageous
Incomprehensible salads made from a huge amount of mayonnaise.
I had to eat cucumbers and tomatoes every day.
For me, it's worth thinking about changing the chef, so as not to feed the guests with something incomprehensible.
7) 95% of Russian speakers rested at the hotel, of the entire evening program, Russian songs play for 20 minutes, the rest of the time only Turkish ones 🤦🏻♂️
