Despite the many sharply negative reviews, I was quite satisfied with this cafe. I tried only Adjarian khachapuri, branded lemonade and Turkish coffee. Maybe I was lucky, but the service was pretty fast. But we cooked khachapuri for 15 minutes, but generally within the acceptable range.
The balcony offers an unexpected view of the Freedom Monument.

It's a disgusting place. No one came up for more than 20 minutes. No one gave a damn. We ordered khinkali, sour cream, and beer. The beer arrived about 25 minutes after the order... the khinkali arrived 45 minutes later. And these were the most terrible khinkali in our lives. The dough is thick, the meat is tasteless, despite the thick dough, they tear. Untested onions are crunching on my teeth. Yes, even the photos show this horror. Sour cream, of course, was forgotten... I had to go and kick. We ate more than an hour after the visit, and even such a horror ... moreover, these were the most expensive khinkali we ate in Tbilisi, and they are also the most terrible. It's a shame to cook like that. They also have a porch where they smoke, and every time the door opens, the stink of smoke hits you. The worst place I've ever visited. It's a pity that our trip to Georgia started from this miserable place on the first day.

Khachapuri is delicious: I've tried both Adjarian and Megrelian. The staff speaks English. The waiting time is just a pain. Don't come in here hungry, because waiting for almost an hour when you really want to eat - well, I don't know what the buzz is. Moreover, the last time the people at the next table received their khachapuri earlier than I did, although they came later. Waiters run about their business, blunt into phones - in general, they do anything, but not their work, the work itself is on a residual basis. All the waiters took turns serving the table. And the girl who brought the bill asked: would you like to leave a tip (this is not a tax, which is 18% and included in the bill, but even more than that). With such service, what kind of tips can there be...
And yes, in khachapuri in Adjarian they do not have butter, but margarine. Of course, I can't say that it's different in other places, but I still didn't like it.

Disgusting place, tasteless food, terrible staff.
They came, they began to chase us around the tables, saying it was better to sit down. As a result, we sat down at the table we originally wanted. We ordered the dishes, the waitress wrote everything down and went to the kitchen. More than half an hour has passed, half of the dishes have not been brought, we ask her when the rest will be, and she says with a smile on her face that none of this is available. They did not order anything else, because what had already been brought tasted terrible. The worst place to eat.

The place is disgusting. You wait 15 minutes for the waiter to place an order, they just pass by. The first time I came, I ordered khinkali without greens, they brought it with greens, I didn't say anything. I came the second time, I couldn't even order, because no one came up to me. You can press the button as much as you want, no one cares.

Over the past two years, the establishment has deteriorated completely.
The service is off the hook, the waiters suck up, do not pay attention, they accept the order, observing a social distance: they stand one and a half meters away, they disdain to come closer, or what?
The waiter call button works, but no one comes)))))
Every other time they bring cold potatoes, tomatoes have no taste in the salad, the dough in khachapuri is disgusting.
And there was such a good canteen of national food.
We used to go often, the last two times there was no pleasure.

One star is still a lot! They came in twice and both times they stood us up. The waiters sit and do not show signs of life, even if you press the waiter call button three times. And as they say: after the third call, nahvamdis. I give one star for the fact that you can browse the menu online. But I take four stars for the work of the staff.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with this place. The food can only be called tolerable, the prices are too high. For the same money, we could have eaten several times and stayed in a more pleasant mood. And somehow I did not expect to get poisoned in the very center of Tbilisi… Save your nerves and money, choose any other restaurant - khinkali and khachapuri in the city in abundance.
