After looking at the map, I realized, well, I signed up, despite the working week, got up at 7.00, got to the Demchenko center. I waited 40 minutes for a student who did not come and did not answer the phone. After that, the administrator told me that she was a hairdresser and could not help in any way, they did not provide a replacement and, talking about me in the third person in front of me! In a boorish tone to his employee, that they don't owe me anything! On my offer to make a correction for me, since it was not my fault, she said that the master was not going to do anything for free! The main thing is that the teacher Alyona, who is so well spoken of, was present, heard everything and no reaction! This is how the work of the students in this center is organized and the master and the administrator are not responsible for anything to the clients. As a result, I spent half a day of my day off (it took only 3 hours on the road), left without correction, without even hearing an elementary apology!
