I consistently go for a haircut 2 times a month, as it is conveniently located (near the university). Therefore, the necessary number of haircuts for free has accumulated quite quickly. I absolutely did not like the haircut process, the master did not seem to hear my requests. The attitude was like "blunder, the main thing is faster." At the end of the haircut, the hair was left on the neck, back, nose. Why introduce free haircuts if the attitude is inappropriate?

There are normal craftsmen, however, most of them cut like on an assembly line, literally 10 minutes and the haircut is ready (but the result is not quite the same ...). At the same time, the principle of pricing for a haircut is not clear (once they cut it for 10 rubles, another time they came and cut it as well, but they said that this is a creative haircut, therefore 15 rubles. I do not recommend it!!!

I came to the salon with a guy and asked for a refund. the masters attacked me and started saying what a blasphemy it was. AND ISN'T IT BLASPHEMY TO SPOIL SOMEONE ELSE'S HAIR?! as a result, the master tried to fix something, but it didn't get any better
