There seems to be a place on the maps, but in reality it is difficult to find, only the female watchmen at the entrance helped - they explained how to get there, as the center itself is not marked in any way. There were some problems with paying by card, which were reported after the fact, I had to take all the change out of my pockets.

I was impressed by the quality and fast work of the specialist, I had a printout, scans, and collected it in PDF. All the points that I asked to take into account were made and shown on the monitor. They asked for a very small payment. Before that, I went to a small office, I was screwed up there, they took twice as much.

It always confuses me how difficult it is to get through this building, in the salon itself it looks more like they work with legal entities. But they helped me out more than once!
