I came, I wanted to sign up, they talked down, with a fee, horror and not service, as if I went into a roadside canteen. As if surgeons or doctors are arrogant, and the service is habitual. And they also praised me (my brother goes there). I have already told my brother a very negative impression.
Updated: I came to another salon now, a completely different professional and personal attitude, they said that they would fix everything quickly now (and then they told me that it was too difficult and long to paint the roots, but it would be understandable if there was a normal attitude).
Don't believe the positive reviews (mostly from the male master, apparently), the hostess probably thought that the beggar woman came to beg for help, I can't find another explanation - why they talk like that from the threshold.
