The interior is OK. As for the service, the quality of the food and the time of serving-there is no price/quality ratio! The dishes are not cheap, but neither the portions, nor the quality of the raw materials, nor the service match! Serving soup and main course in the area of 45-60 minutes with an almost empty hall! Undercooked rice was served as a side dish, the main dish (fish) was terribly over-dried and with bones (according to the menu, fillets are declared). Waiting for a salad for 20-25 minutes is unacceptable! There are no napkin holders on the tables, until you ask, they will not be served! The service is 1 out of 10.
I do not recommend it! It is better to find a nearby dining room and have dinner there, rather than spending 15-20 thousand tenge for dinner in this "restaurant" at the hotel!
