It was necessary to make a duplicate of the simplest key to work with. As a result, it was made so amazing that I couldn't even fully insert it into the lock! The next day it came up, without any questions, the master tried to redo it, but the result was zero. Thank you very much for returning the money without swearing. I give one star for the fact that this wizard can try to redo the key while saving the receipt. I understand that this is a difficult job. But 2 times to no avail to drive, such a pleasure.

08.02.2023. Tashkent 176 (green). It was necessary to make one duplicate key (English). There are 3 people in the queue. I stood for about 15 minutes, it was my turn. "I need to make a key," I tell the master. In response: "You can, but come back in 30 minutes, I'm busy right now."
Well, I'm kind of on my way from work, too, and things are ahead, too, although no one cares about that)
As if you can warn them not to occupy, or hang a sign with the schedule of those breaks.
I mean, there's 5-7 minutes of work, + 15 minutes of queue and another half hour to wait? Almost an hour to make a key? Come on...
