Sharpening in 5 minutes is the only plus. The price of sharpening 1 knife is 3 rubles - too expensive.
When asked to sharpen the knife the way I need it and whether it is possible, they replied, "I will not do it! You have cheap knives from a fixed price list!"
I asked if you give any guarantee for your work, they replied, "how can I give you a guarantee, suddenly you will go to cut them on the asphalt, and come back and ask to re-sharpen?"
It turns out that this is not the only way they communicate with me, not the first case.
I ask the management to pay attention to the service, customer service.
I will not apply for services anymore!
