I handed over the key (I needed a double for a motorcycle), they told me to wait 10 minutes. 20 minutes have passed, I arrive, but the master is not in place. The nearby master said he would come soon, but had to wait another 10-15 minutes. As a result, I took the key, checked it on the mote, and it goes very tight. After the first time it bent at all, I had to straighten it, I worked on it for half a day, but it still walks very tight

I haven't seen this in a long time. It was necessary to make 1 copy for an absolutely standard metal entrance door to the apartment and tablets from the intercom in the entrance. The "master" made copies of 3 (THREE! CARL!) three times. Nothing worked out the first time. The second time, the intercom key worked. The third time, the door was already opening. Honestly, it's like in fairy tales. The old man threw the seine into the sea for the third time... But being in this fairy tale is not at all interesting. As a result, about two hours of time spent traveling and money for gasoline, almost comparable to the price of copies of keys. I strongly do not recommend it.

I was very worried about going to this service, as I read negative reviews about the masters here. But, to be honest, it is unclear why there is so much negativity. A copy of an ordinary door key was needed, the master made it literally in 10-15 minutes and very efficiently! Many thanks to Vladislav that there are such masters of their craft

When replacing the battery, my watch was ruined, scratches on the lid, plus the case is damaged where the coating is. I do not recommend contacting such a sloppy master.
They also made a duplicate key here, it's terrible, again I don't recommend it!

Actually, the experience itself: I brought 3 keys for a duplicate, I see that I strained for orders, the time was not so critical, I left, paid, agreed that I would pick it up in 3 hours. At the same time, another client was outraged by the deadlines, and the master told him that he was doing everything in turn, and could not make his orders because he was doing what was before him. Well, it's a hard day, it happens, and it sounds logical, I even thought about annoying customers...
I arrive in 4 hours, an hour later than agreed - and what a surprise that my keys are not ready yet. Asking the taxi driver to wait a minute while I run back there turned into an extra 20 minutes of waiting and financial losses. But even more frustrating is the attitude: where is the vaunted queue that you tell customers about if 4 hours have passed and my order is not ready, and I'm standing there alone, without a crowd of other dissatisfied people behind me? Apparently, someone takes turns, and someone's order can be postponed for later...

If you need the keys urgently, it's not here. It was necessary to make a duplicate of three keys. The queue took about 30 minutes, after which I gave the keys to the master, paid the full cost of making duplicates. The master announced the production time: 10-20 minutes. I was quite satisfied with that. After 15 minutes, the master answered the question "are the keys ready?" and replied that another 10 minutes were needed. Okay, there are a lot of orders, I understand everything. He went about his business. I return an hour and a half later, from the moment I gave the keys to the master and paid the entire amount. I find out that my keys have not even been started, and in the meantime the master gives the keys to the person who was standing one behind me in the queue (I remind you, an hour and a half ago). I told the master that I was taking the keys, since all the time frames had gone to hell. He tried to object in the spirit of "I'll do them now in 5 minutes," but no, he couldn't for an hour and a half, but here in 5 minutes? I took the keys and money and asked the master a logical question: "how did it happen that you give the keys to the person who was in line behind me before mine?". The master mumbled something under his breath that "it happened that way" and that was it. I won't say thank you, you just wasted my time.

06.11.2021.I changed the battery in an expensive watch.The master took the watch and put it face down on the table, not even thinking that he would scratch the glass in the watch.I made a remark to him that this is not the way to replace the battery in expensive watches, without putting anything on the table with glass. He replied to me that everything was fine, the sapphire crystal was not scratched. As a result, there were scratches on the glass in the watch and he did not respond to my remark.It's not the first time I've come to you, but it's the first time I've seen this. It was necessary to urgently make the keys, they promised to do it in 20 minutes. I went to lunch, I came (more than 20 minutes have passed), but the keys are not ready, the master is busy with some other order with a watch. It is quite possible that there were some distractions before that. As a result, more than an hour passed before copies of the keys were issued, but it turned out NOT to be MY keys! I had to wait a little longer for my plans to be made, all plans were for nothing.
