Rudeness in its purest form. Previously, they always sharpened knives and made duplicate keys here. But this time, the impressions after two visits were, to put it mildly, not very good. 23.12. I applied to make duplicates for 3 keys. It was done in 10 minutes. When checking, it turned out that one key does not fit. It's not about the thread, it's about the thickness of the key. The duplicate was thicker than the key used to make it. It is visible to the naked eye. How the master could give away such a key is an interesting question. The key itself did not even enter the lock because of its size. On December 24, she came with a receipt and a key, another "man" worked, who, without listening to the essence of the question, took two keys in his hands and began to prove in a rude tone that the keys were identical, because the carving pattern was the same. At my suggestion to show a video where the key did not even enter the lock, he began to interrupt and shout that he did not need any videos, your key was not original at all, the material was Chinese, "and we have Italian." And if we had given the original key, and not a duplicate for manufacturing, there would have been no such problems. The question arises: can your master make a duplicate without the original key? So maybe he shouldn't provide his services? He didn't let me get a word in , he screamed like a madman. And this whole sur is even more striking, since I did not make any claim, but came to clarify whether it is possible to redo the key. After 5 minutes of my futile attempts to explain through his screams that the problem was the thickness of the key , not the thread , I gave up . After that, I still had the key redone .
