We went with our granddaughter to the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium in Minsk region in August 2023. The memories are not the best (Food and accommodation, of course, on the level) But! There is no cure! I understand that the benefits are for Belarusians, but are Russians second-class people?! The payment for vouchers is much higher than that of the locals, we pay for air. Of the 6 full days, the procedures were scheduled for only 5 days and which ones!!! Herbal tea, mineral water from the tap, an iodine bath, and a swimming pool. Cool!!! I had to buy a radon bath, a hardware foot massage (3 thousand rubles from above), they said about the usual masses even for money and do not dream. In short, I went to the fifth sanatorium, and the trend is going for the worse ((( Payment for vouchers is being lifted higher and higher, and the service is getting worse and worse ((it's a pity, they discouraged all desire to visit you....

I have been vacationing in the Sunny Beach sanatorium since August 16) It wasn't a vacation, it was paradise. I really enjoyed my stay at the Rudnya sanatorium. We checked into the room very quickly, we didn't have to wait. The food in the sanatorium is varied, the dishes are light and low-fat, but nutritious and delicious. The procedures are also good, we mainly had them to strengthen the immune system and general wellness, the staff is polite and friendly. The air is very clean and fresh, the beautiful well-kept area is very quiet, there is no noise at all. We went on an excursion to the farmstead, we recommend it to all tourists, a wonderful place! In general, I can rate my vacation in the Rudnya sanatorium as excellent, many thanks to the sanatorium and the tour operator sanatorii.by !

We traveled around Belarus to the Myadel district, the Pharmacy Garden. The tour is wonderful in itself. We were very lucky with the weather and the mood of the whole group, BUT !!!
Alexander the guide is the worst thing that can happen to you. He looked like a very drunk man, he was late for boarding the bus, he stank of alcohol on the floor of the bus. Plus, there was no alternative to conducting the tour in the Belarusian language!!!
And everything would be fine, but if this person knew the Belarusian language well!!! A huge number of mistakes in speech, disgusting monotonous intonation. Everything that the guide said was not perceived in any way. He was constantly hanging in the middle of a sentence, did not finish his thoughts, got confused about facts, and generally spoke as if he was going to faint. Zero emotions, creepy muttering to himself, completely uninteresting and uninformative. The guide's speech is terrible, full of words of parasites.
Guys, this is YOUR job and your bread! Learn to speak correctly and beautifully! Go to specialized courses, but such an excursion is an unacceptable hack on your part!!!
Our tour turned into torture for the guide. It was hard for him to talk and he was silent for half the way! Although I should have told you about the places we passed through.
The bus was also, by the way, extremely shabby and uncomfortable. The driver is angry and inadequate, he was always freaking out about something, although our group was perfect, disciplined and calm.
Draw conclusions, gentlemen. You obviously have big problems with the quality of guided tours.

I am writing a negative review for the first time, in order to warn new customers! Rest was needed like a weekend (no more than 5 days). They found an option almost as I wanted-a 2-room room (I planned to stay in three, without extra places). The employee tried to keep me, including by the fact that they give everyone installments, they do not take payment from the citizens of the Republic of Belarus for booking, which only satisfied customers.In the end, I agreed. They INCORRECTLY calculate vouchers, be sure to double-check their bills!(In my case, in terms of calculating the cost of an additionalplaces)In the contract itself, only the final price is unknown as formed!When making a refund, they send an incorrectly compiled addendum.the agreement, then when asked to explain where to specify the details, they can't really explain anything. (Claims against Karina Tereni — "specialist" and accountant for invoicing — Leonovich Elena). Maybe the employees are not competent, maybe it's all for the purpose that I would give up trying and not return to myself, as they say, only 40 bel.rubles.As a result, they report that the amount will not be fully refunded, they are going to pay the bank commission from it!Service at the level of....Start.Olga must become customer-oriented! Teach your employees to read the add-on correctly.the agreement, what is the difference between the card account and the card number, so that they do not mislead customers and do not waste their time!

The site is good, but it is better to order and buy a ticket directly from the sanatoriums. I booked a room in an improved building 2 (two) months before arrival, so this company had to manage to book me one of the two worst rooms in the entire building, the room was small, cramped, hot and without a balcony, I repeat there are only two of them in the building. As a result, we managed to come to an agreement on the spot and the next day I was moved to a more comfortable room with a balcony, and they cost the same. I will not contact this company or intermediaries in general anymore, and I do not advise it.

I was on a guided tour of Mir-Nesvizh on 05/06/2019. There are no complaints about the guide and the tour - everything is fine. But if a person is ill and could not go, it is extremely difficult to return the money for the tour, even if you warn about it in advance. Two of us were supposed to go, but 1 person got sick... And since May 2, I have been in correspondence with the company. Messages are answered for an extremely long time and reluctantly, they simply do not take the phone... The last message was on 05/11/19 that the money would be returned to the card. Since then, silence.....
