Disgusting work of specialists. I ordered plumbing and a shower tray back in early July.
The plumbing was delivered, and they fed breakfast with a shower tray for another 4 weeks, as a result, they never brought it, I had to order another one.
Then I ordered a bath, they were supposed to deliver on 08/14/2018 from 18 to 23 pm, canceled all plans, ordered tickets for the master, as a result, no one called until the end of the day, it turned out they just forgot about my delivery (the master had to pay a penalty and tickets). They scheduled delivery again the next day, made a 30p discount, upon arrival of the courier it turned out that the consultant changed his mind and made a 10p discount, made me a fool, saying that I had forgotten everything and confused it.
Disgusting service, no respect and customer orientation, they call back not after 5-10 minutes, but after an hour at best, or even forget, joint by joint. Never contact this store, you will save yourself nerves, money and time.

Отличный интэрнет магазин, покупал душевую кабинку, все детали покупки объяснили, порадовала бесплатная доставка до крыльца. Была небольшая трещина крышки кабинки устранимая, списались магазин предложил солидную скидку которую получил через 2 часа. Никаких проволочек не было, специалисты очень приятные и вежливые. Что порадовало, что можно дозвониться моментально и получить консультацию, в отличии от 21 века, куда практически не возможно дозвониться, тоже заказывал кабинку, пепеносили срок поставки 3 раза, ждал 15 дней и обратился в sanit.by, решил вопрос за 2 дня. Всем рекомендую а компании успехов.

In the summer, we made an order for a glass shower door and installation, postponed the date and time of delivery three times – if you don't know when this delivery will be carried out, in principle, you tell the client: "They will bring it then, I don't know when", and don't feed him breakfast every day. People work and can't puzzle over how to accept the goods every time, because employers don't care about our problems with delivery, just like companies, apparently, don't care about their own customers. The next point: the website states that payment by bank card is possible, but neither for the first nor for the second time, we did not use this mystical mobile payment terminal, then why do we even indicate on the website information about the possibility of payment by bank transfer? Further worse, the order for a white matte cabinet with a countertop was made on 09/25/2023, it's October 14, the money has been paid, and there is no sign of the necessary cabinet, but they are fed back with breakfast regarding the delivery time. The circus with delivery began: a call on Thursday, with wild apologies (a separate respect to this employee, who was the only one with whom we communicated, apologized for the situation) that delivery would be possible only on Saturday. They called back on Saturday: here, without ceremony and apologies, and said that they would deliver the order on Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00. On Sunday after 14:00 – they didn't even call, but just sent an SMS that the delivery would arrive after lunch. The order arrived and was paid in full, only in the evening it turned out that they brought a glossy white cabinet – they mixed it up, but they took the money correctly, as for a matte one. On Monday, 02.10.2023, I call the support service, explain the situation, they say to fill out an application on the website and within a couple of days the complaint department will give an answer. On the evening of 02.10.2023, I send an application – a notification appears that the application has been accepted. I call back on Thursday 05.10.2023 to find out in what light the solution of the issue is and the manager informs that there is no application, they say, do it again, then we will call to make sure that the second application has definitely reached. On Monday, 09.10.2023, they call back and say that the request has been resolved positively, the cabinet will be changed, delivery according to the standard: Thursday and Saturday, and immediately warned that, most likely, it will be on Saturday. A call on Friday with assurances that delivery on Saturday will be carried out from 07:00 to 23:00. The long-awaited Saturday 14.10.2023 comes a call from the manager with the news that it will not work today, and the cabinet will arrive only tomorrow. Shoals in the company then with cashless payment, then with delivery dates, then with the collection of the correct order. To work Sanit.by more questions than answers. The operator collecting the order mixed up the glossy and matte cabinets – is it probably "my" fault? I seem to be to blame for the fact that Sanit.by is unable to agree with the courier service about the timing... The attitude to the client is "fuck off, you're a fool." When talking to a Sanit specialist.wu said that it was "nothing to do with us, we work with a courier service – call there." The courier service sends a call to Sanit.by , since this is also not their fault, because the order for delivery to them was received only on Friday and they do not have time to dilute everything. I order the goods not from the courier service, but from Sanit.by after reading on the website that they have a vaunted "organized own delivery service that will promptly deliver the order, etc." – and there is not a word on the website about Smart Delivery LLC, which actually delivers orders. As a result, I am kicked from one operator to another – the issue has not been resolved, there are no attempts to solve the problem that the managers themselves created. None of the "senior specialists" can answer the questions posed. That is, I paid the money as it should be, as a result, the goods were brought the wrong one, all delivery times were postponed several times and now I need to look for people to receive the goods, whom and where you want! There's not even one star to put up for.

After contacting the support service, I was given the number of the complaint officer. Several attempts to contact by phone did not yield results, so I outlined the whole situation with a personal message in Viber, also provided a photo of the defect itself from different angles, a warranty card and a payment receipt. Alexandra, such a name is indicated in the profile, already from the start "determined" that the cause was mechanical damage. In parallel, it was recommended to fill out an application form on the website, which was done. That day, we still talked live, and already at the initial stage there was a "desire" to sort out the situation. After 18 days, my intuition was confirmed - I was informed on Viber that the manufacturer classified the defect as mechanical damage. At that moment, it was both funny and sad, since according to the legislation, the buyer solves all his claims issues with the seller, and the manufacturer's opinion has nothing to do with it. There is such a thing as a hidden marriage, and in order to confirm or deny this, it is necessary, at least, to conduct a quality check. So, while the product is under warranty (in my case, it is installed for as much as 30 years!!!), the seller must prove all the circumstances of the defects. To my question to Alexandra's employee: "what document confirms the refusal, and on the basis of what is the mechanical damage classified?", she replied that they would write again additionally and ask for comment. The conclusion suggests itself - was there any request at all? Doubting the competence of this employee, I re-provided several new photos and videos of the chip, and also pointed out that the nature of the LCP defect that occurs during mechanical shocks has a completely different form, therefore it is at least incorrect to draw such a conclusion in absentia from the photo... It took another 7 days when they sent me the final response from the manufacturer, where someone's fantasy "the bathtub was subjected to a very strong blow that pierced the steel, and this cannot be a manufacturing defect, since the blow was so aggressive that it tore off 3 layers of enamel." Firstly, they did not provide a written document, and secondly, the wording of the answer categorically did not suit me. By the way, after another 10 days I was still provided with a written response, but there is one thing, according to paragraph 12 of Article 20 of the ZoZPP, I turned specifically to the seller, not the manufacturer. According to the law, a quality check must be carried out, or, if there is no desire, an examination. The costs for this, including the transportation of a heavy bulky product, fall on the seller, in this case the online store. The sarcasm is also that on the site itself, in the "exchange and return of goods" section, it is beautifully reported about the positive decision of 99% of all incoming customer requests, and as a result, employees are in correspondence, and just dynamite you. And one more important fact about the "client orientation" - after digging through the reviews, I found a very similar situation with the buyer Natalia, who also purchased an Italian bathtub, on which holes began to "form", about not very pleasant communication with an employee, etc., there she was kicked off because of the uncooperated legs and, as a result of all this, incorrect installation. And then I remembered the questions about the legs and all that, by the way, I bought everything in full. And in my correspondence, the employee's response was based on many years of experience, and that there were no such situations, ay-ay-ay, it's not good to lie like that!!! The question remains open - there is still enough guarantee.

Заказывал на дачу душевую кабину. По общению с менеджером и наличием никаких нареканий нет. Доставка за город – бесплатная(спасибо), но возможности оговорить какое-либо конкретное время заранее – нет, только день. Пришлось утром ехать на дачу и ожидать звонка от доставки. Как оказалось, впустую, т.к. после обеда перезвонили и сказали, что кабина «не влезла» и перенесли доставку на следующий день. На просьбу выполнить доставку хотя бы в 1ой половине следующего дня отреагировали весьма специфично: обещали сделать пометку и сообщить, но в итоге водитель позвонил в 7 утра и сказал, что через 20 минут будет на месте. Желание в дальнейшем обращаться в магазин начало пропадать.
В процессе сборки выяснилось, что в комплектации отсутствует небольшой пакет с декоративными заглушкам. На просьбу помочь решить вопрос с некомплектом, заявили, что я сам не заметил и выкинул. А в то, что на производстве не положили мелкий отдельно лежащий пакет, решительно не верят.
Ну что ж… минус один клиент. Остальным советую проверять весь крепеж и фурнитуру до винтика…. На глазах у доставки

заказывала тумбочку с умывальником. умывальник привезли другой модели другого производителя, хотя об этом уведомили заранее. мы не отказались. Тумбочка хорошего качества и дизайна. А вот с умывальником есть проблема. Внешне красивый белоснежный, но на сливе недолив керамики.. выглядит как скол, хотя на функциональность пока не влияет. менеджер обещал дать на это скидку в виде пополнения баланса на телефон, которого так и не получили. зачем нужно было обещать?????? после этого как-то нет желания что-то заказывать еще... если только в самом крайнем случае

Отвратительная компания,которая не хочет нести ответственность,персонал не понимает как работать с документами(мне менеджер Даниил предложил,что бы в гарантийном талоне расписался водитель) и это,извините,говорится о документах на возврат некачественного товара.Менджер не понимает,что существует акт возврата и накладная и я до сих пор не получила назад КРЕДИТНЫЕ деньги.Не хотелось бы,но предполагаю,что это все кончится походом моим в прокуратуру.А всем советую,не обращаться к таким безответственным продавцам.

Делал заказ в этом магазине всё выбрал сам , решил посоветоваться с консультантом Евгением т.к он поднял трубку. Но к сожалению он ответит что лучше если я сам назову позиции которые интересуют, а он уже ответит есть ли в наличии. Такое впечатление, что хозяин магазина набирает молодеж ,что бы много неплатить, поэтому текучка скорее всего будет, так как в теме они плавают , порой самому еще консультантов консультировать приходится.
Так вот заказал 29.12 кухонный смеситель и мойку, выбрал качественные вещи соответственно дорогие, Евгений ответил, что данные позиции смогут привезти только после 10 января. Ну все мы понимаем ,что новый год скоро 10го так десятого. Но 30.12 мне звонят из магазина и говорят ,что такие позиции нашлись и смогут привезти 31.12.22. Подозрения возникли все таки 1й поставщик и такой бардак в сортаменте, подумал гдето перекупили либо ветрингый образец. Но я четко дал понять Евгению при обсуждении заказа ,что никаких отказников и витринных образцов мне ненужно.
31.12 звонит девушка и менторским тоном обьявляет ,что заказ будет с 12 до 14 курьер наберет за 10- 15 минут. Действительно в начале первего позвонил курьер сказал ,что через 5 минут будет. Пока оделся и спускался на лифте он успел еще раз позвонить вышел ли я.
Оказалось, что во двораз зимой много ям и его бус попал в одну из них . После передачи товара я попросил зайти в квартиру для осмотра на визуальные дефекты и проверки комплектации, на что получаю ответ что доставка до подъезда и он никуда не пойдет, хотя я объяснил что понесу товар сам , он лишь пройдет вместе со мной для осмотра товара т.к на улице в сугробах при распаковке товар может повредится . Но он был непреклонен. Пришлось звонить в магазин и объяснять ситуацию. Получил ответ ,а я вам говорил что доставка до подъезда. Я говорю что не застовляю курьера нести в квартиру ,я сам это сделаю, либоя могу занести товар проверить его и потом спуститься для оплаты. Получил ответ НЕТ. Я значит должен довериться магазину, а с их стороны недоверие. В таком случае я отказываюсь без осмотра принимать товар, водитель забирает товар. А консультант звонит и говорит что с их стороны были соблюдены все условия. Тогда может текст необходимо выучить наизусть ,что написано в разделе доставка.

Заказали товар, изначально доставка планировалась на 27.04,но утром нам набрали и сказали, что унитаз с браком и если нам не горит, то они могут оформить доставку на воскресенье. Мы согласились, ведь нам товар нужен был к 1.05 ( была договоренность с сантехником). В воскресенье с 9 утра мы уже были готовы принять товар, я специально написала за свой счет на работе, чтобы быть точно уверенной,что приехало все то,что я заказала. До 16:00 ни одного звонка…Я уже напряглась и стала искать контакты магазина для уточнения информации…С 16:00 до 22:00 я слышала лишь то, что мне наберут …
В 22:00 мне позвонили и сказали, что 1.05 с 18:00 до 21:00 мне привезут. Простите что ? А ничего страшного, что 1.05 у меня так же рабочий день ? Да еще и до 21:30! Предложили доставить с 21:00 до 23:00. Я задала резонный вопрос , а как мне принимать товар ? Под светом фонарей? А кому в случае чего доказать, что под фонарем возможного брака не видно было ? В итоге перенесли доставку на 3.05 .
Но самое интересное, что Sanit.by просто отряхнул руки.1.05 даже звонка уточняющего не было.Отдали товар, а там разбирайтесь сами, где ваш товар, придет ли он к вам …У менеджера был лишь один ответ , попросите родителей принять, но видимо не подумал, что родители пожилые, живут в соседнем городе и если вдруг что, снова претензии предъявить будет некому ! Ведь акт то подписан будет! Впервые столкнулась с такой ситуацией, а я для ремонта и стройки часто заказываю товары с разных платформ, так как времени кататься по магазинам нет .

Настоятельно рекомендую стать более клиентоориентированными .

Покупали здесь душевую кабину в ванную комнату. Ассортимент большой, есть из чего выбрать. Ценовая категория тоже разная, можно подобрать по своим финансам. Приятно что персонал вежливый и готов ответить на любой твой вопрос. Проконсультировали нас по 3 моделям которые нам понравились. Покупка удалась.

В магазине не был. Но заказывал онлайн. Опыт печальный: сначала приняли заказ и обещали доставить, но потом в конце дня доставки позвонили и сказали, что не смогут доставить , а я сидел целый день в ожидании, и в итоге ещё не смог сделать запланированную работу по установке сантехники. На второй раз при заказе уже доставили, но я дополнил заказ исходя из советов и утверждения менеджера , что мне подойдёт продукт, а в итоге у него даже не было такого установочного размера. Так ещё и консультант не смог нормально объяснить и посоветовать. О продукте тоже нормально не смогли сказать, чье производство, пока сам прямо не спросил Китай ли, на что уже не было шансов не ответить. Короче впечатления так себе

Заказывала душ кабину одну, а привезли другую, к сожалению это было обнаружено только после сборки, так как по цвету и по документам было все верно. Обидно, учитывая, что привезли кабину дешевле, чем я заплатила за ту, которую заказывала

Обустраиваем дачу после кап ремонта и нормальная сантехника это то чего нам всегда здесь не хватало. Знакомые посоветовали позвонить на Sanit.by. Мы сразу составили список необходимого и написали в специальное окошко на сайте, что нам нужна надежная и не дорогая сантехника для дачи и список. Консультант нам сразу ответил, что можно воспользоваться выбором по характеристикам и посмотреть что понравится больше и подойдет по цене, посоветовал на какие бренды можно обратить внимание из более-менее бюджетных. Последний совет помог сильно сэкономить время, потому что мы особо не разбираемся в марках сантехники, а их там очень много и некоторых мы никогда не слышали.
Рассматривали варианты только те что могут доставить в течении недели чтобы не тянуть с установкой и успеть все проверить и порадоваться комфорту до зимы.
В принципе мы всем довольны, получили хорошую скидку 7% по акции “лето”, все доставили по договоренности, на все товары выписали гарантию и привезли в подарок моющее. Почти все мы уже подключили без проблем, все работает. Спасибо за помощь в выборе и оперативность!

На sanit,by купил акриловую ванну с ножками и экраном. Порадовала бесплатная доставка, причем работают и поздно вечером - привезли как и просил после работы. Курьер помог поднять на 2 этаж. Гарантийный талон и чек выдали, так еще и сифон в подарок дали + скидочная карта!

Отвратительный опыт.
Купили там ванну Belux.
Ванну привезли и сказали что в подарок дают сифон, качественный.
Как оказалось сифон не подходит, позвонили в Belux там сказали что с этой ванной Саламанка идет сифон в комплекте.
Написали заявку в санит. Ждали неделю, привезли сифон, и он тоже не подходит. Просто излеватедьство. И первый их сифон и второй идеи с переливом для ванный у которой перелива нет. Просто физически его не существует.
Обратите внимание на затычку синюю для ванны за 2000₽.
Будем делать возврат.

Хороший магазин, удобный сайт, все у вас отлично, кроме выбора времени доставки. Сделайте пожалуйста, чтобы можно было выбирать самому день и время доставки во время оформления заказа, а не ждать звонка менеджера.

Отвратительная компания,отвратительный сервис, некомпетентный установщик Алексей, которого они рекомендуют, а потом от него открещиваются. Кабинка пришла бракованная - льет из всех щелей, возвращать деньги за товар ненадлежащего качества фактически отказываются .Потратили кучу нервов, времени и сил,а кабинкой пользоваться не можем.Если не вернут деньги - буду обращаться в МАРТ с требованием о проверки их деятельности. Категорически не рекомендую данный магазин.
