The wrong shower rack was sent, I did not immediately check that the model number is slightly different. It was time to install it a year later - a jamb was revealed. They refuse to change it - they say they will even write to the supplier. Separately, the mixer costs 520 rubles.

My experience with this store was unique in its own way. I made a fairly large order twice (several thousand Belarusian rubles) being 10,000 km away from Belarus. I coordinated everything through viber, got a discount, and warned the builders at the facility. The guys brought everything on time, the builders accepted everything. When I get to the final part of the repair, I may contact you here again.

Because of all this unstable situation, there was a shortage of certain goods in Moscow (as they later began to look for - in Russia, in principle). We started looking for it and found it in Minsk. There is a problem with payment from Russia... the specialist worked very painstakingly with us on all possible options (and there were a lot of them!!!), as a result, an acceptable option was found - they paid and told the address in Moscow. The specialists did everything else for us! We had to come to SDEK in a few days, and it was very pleasant to be surprised at the cost of delivering two huge boxes from Minsk to Moscow. In general, I definitely recommend it!!!

It was here, thanks to an excellent consultant, a great salesman and just a good man, Andrei Rudkovsky, that I felt a real customer-oriented approach.
