It's a very cool store, especially for a small town. A full-fledged supermarket without any "BUTS". There is everything from vegetables and fruits to dozens of types of fish (mostly frozen) and semi-finished products. I won't talk about 18+ products, but I found something there that I had stopped dreaming about. It really came in handy for the New Year. On December 31 (I feel funny to you already) I faced a shortage :))))) I didn't find any butter :) But it happens these days in the Moscow hyper. So.... I recommend.

We were in this store today, it's just outrageous! I have no desire to visit this place. We came to the store, closed our package in a box, and went to the grocery store itself. After we paid off, we went to the box for our packages, opened ANOTHER PACKAGE there!
We call the administrator, we ask to look at the cameras, we watched for 15-20 minutes. While they were watching this "movie" on cameras, a woman came up to our cell and opened the cell, taking her package. Our cell is 11. She opened our cell 12 with a key. It turns out that one key can open several cells. And where is the security of personal belongings?!
The woman said that the 12th key was in the 11th cell and she was the starter, she closed and left.
And then the workers began to come out to us in turn and try to open the cells. It's like they don't believe each other and they all need to try! We were also told that they were not responsible for our belongings in the cells. And the question is, why are they standing there at all?!
When asked what was on the cameras, they gave incomprehensible answers. Everyone has their own way.
We were given two different answers to the question of what was shown on the cameras.:
1. The camera is poorly installed, it does not show well
2. That this young couple took and mixed up the packages
How can you confuse a bright yellow bag from "Hit!" and a small black bag with plastic handles?!
When asked to provide a recording from the police cameras, the answer was that no, only with the permission of a higher authority.
They refused to call the police themselves, offered to wait for the couple to return, and when asked if they would return, they said they did not know.
When we were about to call the police ourselves, we were asked to leave a phone number and they would call us when the police were called. The question is whether they will raise an open question at all…
And then a couple came running with our package.
It felt like they were just stalling for time ! Apparently someone familiar from the staff!
And they took an empty package from the box! And how did they confuse our bright heavier package with their empty black one?!
Terrible attitude towards customers, employees were lost and did not know what to do!
The main thing is not the police! Under the threat of the police, the package arrived sooo fast!

A good store in Senno, this is probably the most exemplary for the whole city, fresh pastries, rolls, good meat, excellent working hours.The store is clean, there is good parking. However, far from the center, on the outskirts.
