The overall impression:
Before leaving Brest, we went to the Santa store to buy food for the train. The store turned out to be quite clean and tidy, with a good selection of goods and normal prices.
Availability:
The store is located in the basement and has a ramp with a warning about the danger of falling. You have to go down a granite staircase or an unsafe ramp without handrails, which makes it inaccessible to passengers with limited mobility and mothers with strollers.
Assortment and prices:
✅ The selection of goods is good.
The prices are quite normal.
Service and employee attitude:
In the culinary department, the staff did not specify how to pack the selected dishes, as a result of which some of the products were put in ordinary plastic bags. This led to inconveniences during transportation and eating.
While shopping, I sipped the drink I was going to buy. There was a problem with the weight of the product at the self-service checkout. The administrator silently punched his card, confirming the purchase.
I took the extra sweets and asked to cancel the product at the checkout. The guard rudely commented on the situation and refused to help. As a result, my wife took the sweets back, which spoiled the impression of visiting the store.
Result:
Advantages: cleanliness, good assortment, normal prices.
Disadvantages: unavailability for passengers with limited mobility and mothers with strollers, rude attitude of employees, inconveniences when packing goods.

Manufacturers go either without personal protective equipment, or there is visible wear and tear of the working uniform. A self-service checkout supervisor is watching - the only plus.
I have visited more than once in the hope of good service. And then there is also not a high- quality product . I bought a good kilo of Peking cabbage. Attention! Not all froms are in the fridge!!! And here is a miracle, no comments here) depending on the answer, I will take action)
