Vegetables and fruits are very often either not ripe, or on the contrary, overripe. I am very pleased with the choice of caviar: from inexpensive capelin and cod caviar, to exquisite black and red. The sushi is not bad. Cooking is kind of stale, I took chops a couple of times -well, very old. The cash registers are fast, overall, a good store, with the exception of most fruits and vegetables.

Of course, not all of them, there are cashiers who are friendly, even if they don't smile broadly, at least they don't be rude) But there are "frames" where there are no bad words. I once went to the store with a one-and-a-half-year-old child on a children's bike, and immediately a madam with short blond hair and glasses scolded me like a schoolgirl, in a raised tone, that she was tired of mothers with strollers, etc. unfortunately, she did not recognize either the position or the full name, as she was in a hurry to go to the pharmacy. As soon as we left the pharmacy, I went to look for this inhospitable person to ask her for a complaint book and find out her position accordingly. But I couldn't find her. It's been about a month since the incident, and I haven't seen her in the trading floor since. I am an adequate person, if I am wrong, I will always apologize, but when a bucket of dirt is "poured on you" right at the entrance to the store, where a considerable stream of people comes in, I'm sorry, this is beyond the bounds of decency.

It's very dirty. Several times I got the impression that the cashier smelled of alcohol. The seller in the meat department has dirty work clothes. Constant re-sorting of fruits: you go in the evening small oranges, the next day the same small oranges are mixed with large ones and the price for everything is as for large ones. The store is located in an apartment building and it is impossible to pass through the courtyard before lunch, everything is crowded with trucks waiting for unloading. Trucks enter the green area of the playground, standing right next to the children's sandbox. The unloading area of the store is littered with empty boxes. The trash is overflowing with rotting vegetables and fruits, the trash is leaking from the heat and smells very bad, flies are flying. There are many shops in residential buildings in the area, but nowhere is there such dirt as near Santa. A very bad store.

Unsanitary conditions are complete in all stores - in one the seller stupidly shifts the buns with his bare hands, in another flies crawl over the meat, in the third they "cannot" cut 600 grams of sausage from a new loaf. Everything is designed to be bought anyway, buyers are not put in anything, they are not afraid of complaints, they can casually throw a complaint book in their face - the norm. Rublevsky and Vitaliyur were much better!!! Two stars for a good assortment, although very often the milk is old in terms of timing...

A good store. But, the cashier in the cigarette department was always somewhere going about his business, waiting for 10 minutes. There are fish bones in the dries. One employee per 2-3 departments, of course, is a good saving for the employer, but when the seller rushes between ready-to-eat products and raw meat or fish, then this is no good.

No one washes them and they can be sorted for a long time. Next, we go to the department with buns, where you can count how many flies are flying over the pastries today. It is also very annoying to have huge queues at the ticket office, which is why you always have to use a self-service checkout. The self-service checkout has its own song. There is never an assistant in place ! She might even show up, ignore you, and run away again. If I manage to wait for help, it is served in a boorish way. Today I tried to punch bananas at the self-service checkout, which I did not find in the electronic catalog at all. When I waited for help, they just shouted out some 5 numbers to me, saying dial and don't show off.

Of all the shops in the neighborhood, this one has the lowest prices. I usually go through rival stores every few months, buy the assortment I am familiar with, make sure that it is cheaper in this "Santa", and return back. The disadvantages are the constant queues at the ticket offices and not the largest assortment. I.e., there will not be a hundred varieties of sausage, there will be fifty, but all fifty at an affordable price. I have been going to this store for almost forty years, since when it was called the Serebryanka Supermarket and so far nothing better has appeared in the area in terms of price /choice ratio.
