I bought a lot of plumbing supplies during the renovation. Discounts were made - it was nice. But a nuisance happened, the toilet flushed badly. In my opinion, it was defective. But how do you prove it? He understood perfectly well that there was little chance to return the installed toilet, he was ready to carry it into the trash. What a surprise it was that the issue was successfully resolved. The toilet was taken away and the money was returned. Good sales to the store. I will buy more.
