a very rude cashier and dispatcher and not competent bought a ticket for a daughter of 14 full years on the Aktobe Khromtau bus at 17:00 and they, together with the cashier, agreed that it was impossible for non-adults to be unaccompanied and left their daughter on the street, they were not allowed on the flight and did not make any attempts to contact us, they simply kicked off the bus. Minor passengers under the age of 6 years are transported only accompanied by an adult passenger. According to paragraph 26 of Regulation No. 540, unaccompanied minor passengers are children on domestic and international flights between the ages of 6 and 16 who travel without parents and are not entrusted to any of the passengers. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted for transportation from 23 to 6 a.m. in accordance with paragraph 5 of article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 8, 2002 "On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

A large clean room with seats. There are also a lot of seats under a canopy on the street. The bus to Orenburg goes twice a day, at 9 and 13. Tickets may be sold out on the weekend, buy in advance. I did not find any outlets for recharging. There is a paid toilet for under-discharge ;) You must pay extra for your luggage. A ticket to Orenburg cost 9600 tenge and 960 for luggage. The driver made a couple of stops to go to the toilet or shop..
