A bistro with a spacious and pleasant interior, a variety of menu items with an author's approach and serving. And, of course, it is worth noting separately — the friendly staff. We 100% recommend visiting this place and enjoying the atmosphere and dishes!

– 🫓 Pita with kebab (19 ₼) — served in a pit with cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, and all this is seasoned with sauce. All the ingredients are delicious and fresh. A good choice for a small but hearty lunch.
– 🐔 Chicken chips (15 ₼) - served with French fries. The chicken pieces are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
– Turkey in sweet and sour sauce with rice (17 ₼) - tender chicken with fragrant large rice. A large portion, served with herbs and lemon.
Grilled sweet potato with parmesan (7 ₼) – a large slice of sweet potato, sprinkled with parmesan, served with mashed sweet potatoes and sauce. Sweet potatoes are well cooked, perfect as an addition to any dish.
Citrus tiramisu (13 ₼) is a large bowl with tiramisu, sprinkled with crumbs, a pronounced lemon flavor, a very delicate and not cloying dessert.
Lavender panna cotta (10 ₼) is a delicate dessert served with fresh blueberries. Not cloying, the portion is large.
Basque cheesecake with halva (10 ₼) is a delicate cheesecake with excellent texture and a pleasant, not cloying taste. Sprinkled with halva shavings, which gives a pleasant aftertaste.

The cafe left only a positive impression, I really hope that the level will remain until the next visit)
The atmosphere, food, cleanliness, service, background music - everything is at a high level. (The landmark is Moscow cafes/restaurants).
But this time we tried only desserts: all delicious and original.
tiramisu citrus is a rather liquid dessert, served in a deep bowl, consisting of vanilla sauce, sponge cake, citrus sour pieces inside. A light, summer dessert. Cool.
chocolate tart - conquered with its mix of textures. Just wow. The base is a cake and a dense sponge cake, but more sandy as if it crunches, then something like a very dense chocolate mousse with a smooth paste texture and interspersed with very small nuts ( perhaps it is almond flour).
I also note that the size of the desserts is quite impressive (for me)), the two of us ate tart, tiramisu had to take home with us.
We will definitely come back to try the rest of the desserts and dishes.

Beyond all praise! I'm very picky about food, but almost everything is delicious here! It was the tastiest caesar I had ever eaten in my life, it was perfect. Last time I ate a cheeseburger, it was also good, the only drawback is the roasting of meat, it goes well done by default and because of this it is a little dry. I definitely recommend the restaurant, but it would be nice to add a clarification of roasting meat :)

A piece of the delicious world in the center of Baku!
We had dinner in this wonderful place and were very satisfied with all the dishes we ordered. The kitchen is beyond praise, the service gave the impression that we found ourselves at home with a large family, playing with our children, chatting.
We ordered pita with falafel, ribs, cauliflower in truffle sauce, trout with citrus sauce, creme brulee tart and chocolate almond tart.
I thank the institution, we will come again more than once!

Impressive, unexpected and very un-Baku.
Middle Eastern charm is on the menu, in the European manner. I was pleased with the large selection of snacks, ideal when I'm not very hungry, but I really want something delicious. Fish, chicken or meat?)) No problem - there is everything. The atmospheric space of the restaurant is conducive to long gatherings. The service is friendly, the waiters are excellent, they are ready to talk about any dish, which helps a lot to navigate the choice. Forshmak with warm crusty bread and hummus with torn lamb are incredibly delicious. The prices are ordinary, nothing outstanding. A solid cocktail list and a selection of champousies and wines are definitely a must!

The staff is friendly and attentive, the service was pleasant, delicious for ten out of ten. Very nice interior, mega cozy. I ordered fatouche and pita with kebab. Very! I recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back.

Sara is an ideal place in Baku for pleasant breakfasts, delicious lunches and romantic dinners. I was impressed by their varied menu and high-quality dishes. Every visit was unforgettable thanks to their attentive service and friendly staff. I especially want to mention their bar - their negroni cocktail is simply delicious! I highly recommend everyone to visit Sara Bistro and enjoy their great cuisine and atmosphere!
