1. They packed me a very fragrant fragrance for washing along with the products. It is impossible to eat bread. He absorbed the scent of fragrance. This is the base. We pack raw meat separately, chemical products separately. Apparently, they don't know the basic things here.
2. The second point is the rude staff. I filled out a form for a loyalty card, there is quite a lot of personal excessive information that is not needed for processing purposes. I asked where this questionnaire would go later. I was told that they would just throw it in the trash. I say, well, it's not good, all my data is there. To which I received a tirade that this is not Russia for you, do not teach us how to live. Seriously? The girl a little higher got a position (like a shift supervisor), and she's already losing her mind. He does not understand the laws, he does not know how to work with clients.
It's sad that the service level is two.

The address is listed in the system with all entrances and apartments. Why can't your couriers just read the address in the system and then look at the maps to get there?????
