The workouts are very good, the coach makes sure that the exercises are performed correctly and during this time he taught me a lot, there are enough barbell machines, dumbbells, he removed one star due to the condition of the floor covering in the gym, it should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned, and the stretching mats need to be replaced, now they look terrible. I didn't like the incompetence of the reception staff. I came by subscription, scanned the QR code, but was not given a card to enter. They answered my question that I could climb over the turnstile. Do I pay for a subscription to climb through the turnstiles? This is an outrage! I was extremely indignant and demanded that the turnstile be opened through the system, but the employee, sitting on a bench, repeated that I could climb over, as if he were talking to a child.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this attitude and the level of service. If you plan to visit this gym, keep in mind that the staff of this institution does not respect either their work or their customers.

The sports club is good, but there are always a lot of people, it's uncomfortable in the locker room all the time. They don't give me water, I didn't see a cooler. The reception is strange - as if there is no reception, but a free coach is sitting and he does not like this job. Don't expect a smile.
But the atmosphere is strictly sporty, everyone "works".

A super cool place for sports. I've been walking for a month and a half now and I just fell in love with crossfit. Clean and comfortable if we talk about the place, new exercise equipment and sports equipment. The coaching staff is just great, everyone feels great at coaching, and in no case is they overloaded to injury, if it's hard they always offer a smaller weight or an easier exercise, leaving the training itself as the main thing.
And yes, an important point, all comfortable conditions have been created for changing clothes and taking a shower after training, towels are always clean.
Five stars and I recommend it to everyone.
