Staff: lovely Asian women, very polite. Only one speaks Russian (it seems), but very fluently. Sometimes they bring children who do not interfere at all, just quietly look at the visitors, which is very nice and uplifting :).
The atmosphere is good, almost always quite quiet and pleasant, except for the small area of the restaurant itself. I can only hear the staff talking in Vietnamese, but it doesn't bother me.
Waiting time: 5 to 20 minutes, depending on what you order (I think maybe 30).
Food: I liked it. Delicious shawarma and dumplings (oddly enough, I liked these simple dishes the most). There is little sauce in the shawarma, but it is very tasty without it, but perhaps, to some extent, useful. Dumplings with rich flavor, elastic dough and a good amount of meat. I also took coffee and some kind of salad, but I didn't like them in any special way.
Interior: soft sofas, the external environment inside is very unusual, I don't even know how to describe it. But it seems to be good.
I won't write anything about drinks: there is coffee, tea and soda.
There are few dishes of both Vietnamese and local cuisine: about 10 positions on each side.

Maybe not what you should expect.
Let's start in order:
I made an order for it + a side dish, they brought it quickly, the price is more expensive than in the markets, and the card bill was brought as there (by phone number)

The potatoes were like fries, but one or two slices were crispy from the whole plate, they were overexposed, which made it crumble, although it crunched like never before (why shouldn't the burnt dough crunch), the salad is like a salad. They brought it quickly. I saw a couple of flies, I immediately remembered where I was. Unlike classic establishments of this type, sauces are not on the table, but on the bar, although this can be considered a quibble, because I saw Saigons in markets where they also resorted to this solution. The contingent corresponds to the institution, although unlike institutions in the markets, local guys who came to hangover after a stormy evening have iPhones in their hands instead of Nokia. Otherwise, ordinary Saigon, prices are higher, portions are smaller (you can see the rent has played). Lunch cost 17 rubles (14 it + charan, 4 liters of cold Sprite). In general, it corresponds to my assessment, whether I will go a second time is unlikely, after all, the institution will be more interesting in the car market.

The room is terribly cold. The prices are too high, you could easily drop 2-3 rubles from each position. The rice noodles with beef (16p) were delicious, despite the fact that the noodles were tightly stuck together. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a toilet (which is very rare in such booths). There is nothing sweet on the menu, only chocopai. In general, it is quite a place to eat. It's a pity that noisy drunken groups have the same opinion.
