I've been there twice, changed the currency. The only place for this in Gagra (according to the locals). I didn't hear any "hello", "please", or "goodbye" from the staff, although I greeted them, said thank you and said goodbye. On both of my visits, the cashiers chased me from one window to another. I tried to find out from a specialist a question about bank cards, to which the answer was "I don't know" and no explanations or attempts to clarify from someone more knowledgeable.

Disgusting and incompetent attitude of the staff. The guard at the entrance is generally a boor, almost pushed him out the door, without even letting him ask the staff for information. There is a printout on the door indicating the amount for the national currency, which can be bought as a souvenir. In fact, this amount has been increased almost 10 times. I do not recommend this place to visit

The ATM only serves mir cards. Separately, I want to say about the girl operators. They explained where you can withdraw money from MasterCard and visa, which is not profitable in the bank itself, they charge 3% for withdrawal, and the ATM 1%. They distributed Wi-Fi from their phone to make online manipulations.
