Terrible service. We live in another city, we ordered flowers on Mother's Day for two years in a row. For the first time, they decided that the human factor did not have time to deliver on time. But the delay was about 5 hours. This year, everything is exactly the same. It was difficult to get through, the employee did not apologize for the delay and demanded the order number, which, of course, is not possible to see (it does not come either in SMS or by mail). Mom was warned to be at home at a certain time, and congratulations are delayed for three hours..

On another site, the bouquet was prettier, but it is impossible to specify the Russian sender's number. On this site, you can. In the comment to the order, I indicated that I was giving the Belarusian number of my relative, to whom I did not want to tell what I was giving to whom, I was giving the number as a last resort, and first of all I asked you to contact me if there was a reason to talk about something; I indicated that my number was in messengers. No, they ignored it, they immediately started calling the backup number, that is, my relative's number. They reported that they could not find a kindergarten employee by the specified name, but I definitely wrote that she was a pupil and the probable number of the group. Okay, since they called, the connection is now with them through a relative. He tries to tell them that a gift from his daughter's father was not listened to, hung up. We are trying to call the courier, he does not answer the phone. I ordered delivery at 15:00 after a nap when my daughter was definitely still in the nursery, no, we arrived in the evening, and then to my mother's house. No report. I do not know if my daughter received flowers. They could have sent the photo to WhatsApp or Telegram, but they didn't. I do not know if my daughter was informed that the flowers are from Russia or not, whether she knows that the flowers are from her father or not. They ruined everything. It is extremely disgusting that I gave money to such people.

Yesterday, October 14th is Mother's Day. I live in another city, I decided to please her with flowers. I used the service of the scarlet-flower store. I was instructed by the phone number indicated on the website that the application should be made on the website and keep in mind an hour of time in reserve for the courier. Which I did at 13.30, choosing 5 Orange-Crush roses, indicated the delivery time at 16.00 and the exact address. There were no objections to the application from the site, and after paying 20 rubles with a card, I waited for the call of the happy mother. At 16.22 (!!) a girl from the above number called me and informed me that there were no roses like I ordered, and she could offer a different color. I agreed. At 17.00, the flowers were not delivered. I called back to the specified number and explained that I was worried that my mother would not receive these flowers, because she works until 18.00, and the delivery address is her place of work. To which I was assured that the courier had already left and would certainly make it in time. But no. The courier called my mother at 18.22 (!!), 2 hours and 20 minutes after the specified delivery time and 1 hour and 20 minutes after the agreed error per hour. Mom had not left work yet, having been delayed, and only this allowed the courier to hand over the flowers. It should be noted that despite the specified exact address of the place of work - the pharmacy, the courier still called my mother back to clarify where she was. How's that? There is only one pharmacy in Grodno on the street of Soviet border guards at this address! That is, my mother, not understanding what was the matter and what flowers, had to explain how to get to the pharmacy!... But that's not all. The flowers - pink flaccid roses - were wrapped in a light green plastic bag and tied with a red torn ribbon! Why are you doing this, people?! I've disgraced myself. It is clear that I will never repeat the order here.
