The girl who works there, in the chair on the left, as you walk in, it's just awful. I can't remember how many packages I haven't sent because of her. Today was the last straw. Situation: I came to send children's things and toys for my friend. I also took the car seat. It's a pity to throw it away, and they won't have to bother with taxis for car seats. The girl from the point sent me to make a wooden body for this car seat. It won't hurt much. To which I reply that everything is fine with me, I am ready to write a receipt that I have no claims in case of damage. What she stood for until the last and did not accept, saying that she would have to pay damages. I'm at it again, that if it breaks down, it's okay, I'd either throw it out or send it. I don't want to sell or bother. But the girl was adamant. No loyalty, no human attitude. It even seemed to me that she got high from my indignation. She looked straight into his face without understanding. I was upset. I don't have the extra time and health to carry these boxes back and forth. A small child, personal affairs and work. The time is scheduled by the minute. So I went to another point where they accepted my entire package without any problems and talked about the possible consequences. I said everything on camera and on a piece of paper and signed it. That I have no complaints in case something gets damaged. On Kirov Street. A wonderful girl works at the point and after her I gave your logistics company another chance! I will only go there.
