I often use SDEK. I moved a year ago, but I didn't like the point next to it at all. I only go here now. Excellent staff, fast work and always greeted with a smile. Not a little important point, there is always Parking, Guys keep it up!

It is inconveniently located, far from the metro, the signs are not visible, the work schedule is inconvenient. There is a queue before closing, because work is up to 19. Do it at least before 7.30 pm and please highlight the sign. From the other end of the city through traffic jams, then I came by subway and it's very unpleasant to run into a closed door.

There are no claims to the point of issue, 5 points out of 5 for their work. There are claims to the working method of the company itself. It was paid for delivery to the door, a message came that you can come pick up from the pick-up point. Delivery to the door was promised before the new year. The hotline reported that there is some point in the contract that in December the delivery is not guaranteed on time, they said that if I want, they can change the status of the parcel from pickup to delivery. But they did not say at what point and from what fright they decided to change the status from delivery to pickup. The question is, "where's the money, Lebowski?" for delivery to the address? And how many people like me? Does it look like a scam?

SDEK sdek, but the attitude of the staff spoiled the mood a little. We contacted and communicated "in a matter of fact". The location of the room is quite comfortable for houses adjacent to the Malinovka metro station, as well as for the student village, 15-20 minutes walk.

Everything is fast, neat and polite. This was the case until my last visit. The new employee memorized the instructions, completely disabling logic. I have never been able to figure out how the stores send their parcels to me without opening the factory box, which the employee insistently demanded of me because of the goods dangling in it. Open the original packaging and stuff the films in there! I was offered to check the quality of the packaging by throwing the parcel on the floor from 1.5 meters. As a result, the shipment was refused, because the employee did not want to take responsibility, referring to the sloppiness of their couriers, who can do whatever they want with parcels. There was not enough bubble wrap around each item + filler in the box where it all lay. Analogies and a bunch of examples for clarification didn't help. With it, even to send expensive perfumes, you need to open the package and stuff something in there, because the glass case is dangling in the box - it can break. It should not hang out =) Thanks to the existence of alternative services, as well as other points with adequate staff. ---- Of the remaining advantages: 2 employees work constantly. Acceptance and delivery without delay (but now not always). If you are served by a guy, there will be no problems, and there are various solutions for any situation.

I received a parcel from Moscow, everything arrived on time, I took it without queues and delays. For the safety of the cargo, the pimples were not spared, the plastic box under it was not even wrinkled. If you want to send something far and fast, I recommend it. The prices are not much higher than at the post office, but this difference is more than repaid by the speed of delivery and the safety of the cargo.
