Покупал трубку домофона, после установки выяснилось, что она не рабочая - шум из трубки и не открывается дверь. Вызвал мастера - он привёз свою трубку, проверили - работает. Значит однозначно не исправна моя трубка. Привез, сдал на диагностику. Все общение было через Виталия - очень вежливый и отзывчивый человек. Через 10 дней говорят что трубка рабочая. Заменить отказались.
