We had a rest from 30.05-8.06 two adults and two children (7 years old and 1 year old), as well as two adult friends with a daughter of 8 years old. We lived in Bungalows rooms 3823 and 3833, very convenient location, close to everything (pools, bars, reception, guest room), we were very lucky with this. We flew there from Turkishe (Anadolu), and back from Azur. The territory of the hotel, the beach, are simply gorgeous, you chose the hotel because of this, basically, if you know about all the pros and cons in advance and be prepared for it, you don't pay much attention. I'll tell you in detail, it's all passed by, but it might be a problem for someone. The entrance to the sea is pebbly by the sea, there is a small cliff, then sand, it is better to enter the sea closer to the rental. The beach itself is gorgeous, palm trees, sand, great bar, alcohol, everything is great. Animation during the day is about nothing, darts, bocce, I saw once they called me to my favorite volleyball for everything, I played pionerball there, I didn't go, I didn't play during the whole vacation, alas, I didn't have it. There was little entertainment, exercise and other things, there were a couple of times, gymnastics in the water, a foamy (more precisely, soapy) party, a weak one, for whom it is important to know. The waiters in the restaurant are very slow, although most likely there are few of them and they can't cope until you pull them out yourself, ask why they are if there is a bar, so there is just no water in the bar, there is no refrigerator in the common area, they only pour, strangely, 7 people did not always get water for the company, by the way, the coffee there is terrible normal coffee is only served at the bar near guest relief and on the bus near the pond. Cocktails in the bar when, sometimes they make solid alcohol, and sometimes vice versa, the golden mean is rarely found and mostly there is a bar near the sea, the rest are so-so bartenders. But the alcohol was great, chivas, aperol, martinis, everything was in common. A bunch of huge beetles (according to the Internet, they are called July crunch, an analogue of May beetles), buzz and even bit a toe once, slightly nasty. Those who are waiting for seafood are not here, there is always fish, dorado, sea bass, herring, etc. steamed fish, but do not wait for seafood, fruits and berries, there were delicious strawberries, watermelon, melon, apples, oranges and nectarines are hard, those who are waiting for something else are not here. The kids' club is cool and all the animators there are good. The children's water park is super with slides, but as for me, the adult slides are terrible, without a pool, the water is too much in chlorine, the eyes sting, the slides are weak and boring. There are shops next to the pool with air mattresses, pistols, and other small things, my advice to you is that it costs a lot of money and everything is of terrible quality (the mattress broke at the seam after two days, the water pistol broke a day later) I changed everything with swearing, but the result was the same, it's easier to buy five times cheaper in advance on ozone or wb. In general, the hotel is great, we knew about all the cons and pros in advance, thanks to the travel agent and YouTube, if you are ready for this, then go, the rest will be great. And there were ala cards in Italian, the appetizers were terrible, only the hot dishes were excellent meat and fish. Elif is a very nice girl, always helps everyone and tries to solve problems, beauty, thank you to her! They couldn't extend the room, they demanded 20 euros for another room and you could only take 100 euros from 12-17, but I just needed an hour for the child to sleep, since the flight was postponed to the evening, the "beautiful" azura.

We had a rest in April, we really enjoyed everything! The staff is very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian! Very well maintained and beautiful territory. There is a kids' club where children are really engaged and they are interested there! The food is varied, there is a large selection of cheeses, there is always pizza, pita, beef, lamb, seafood, shrimp and rolls with red fish, but not always, the pastries are above all praise, it takes a long time to list. The beach bar is a separate love! Excellent animation, performances by invited artists in the evening. The main building has a hammam and a Finnish sauna, which are also very popular with hotel guests. Would we come back again? Definitely yes! I recommend it! P.S. it's better to sign up for restaurants in Alaska upon arrival, we only got into one.

Hello. I'm currently vacationing at the hotel, minus one, there is no entertainment for guests.Everything else is fine!!! Delicious cuisine, thanks to the chef, the bar is wonderful, the staff is excellent, cleanliness and order,!! But if anyone is interested in hanging out, it's at the same hotel in Side. Last year we had a rest at the Selektiym Family Resort, right at the beginning of April, and there's fun there, concerts every day. So there is something to compare it with! I definitely recommend both hotels, choose according to your taste and mood!!!

Excellent balance of price and quality of a family hotel. It had its own small water park for kids, delicious cuisine, and delicious juices that seemed a little watered down. It's great to have lots of pools, a nice beach, and great cocktails at the bars. Very cool club parties. There are cool rooms where, instead of stairs from the floor, you can go down the slide. Another disadvantage probably for families with strollers is the lack of elevators in the villas.

Nice hotel. The territory is small, but everything is nearby and there is a place to walk. We did a great job on the design, the design is super. The staff is pleasant and mostly Russian-speaking. They asked to change the number. We did, but on the second day. The food is of the same type, I was not impressed, but you can always choose something. Alcohol and byres are on the level, there is a large selection, I was pleased with the presence of chivas. And it is the same in all bars, not only in the lobby. The hotel is more for children. It is strange with the children's concept that the music plays loudly in the center of the hotel until 00:00, in the rooms with the window open it is strongly audible.

We stayed at the hotel from April 14-20, 2025,
I liked everything, the accommodation in the main building 7, the food, delicious and varied, the room cleaning, the beach. We were unlucky with the weather, it was cool and the sea was cold, but it did not spoil our rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which you will not find everywhere in Turkey. A good budget five. We lived in a penthouse, in a new building with a beautiful view of the sea. We rested for a week.
The buffet was not boring, the food was very satisfying and varied.

The building itself and the rooms are of course also old, but it is clear that they are being monitored, reconstructed and undergoing current repairs. Everything is clean and tidy. The food is very diverse, although there are few gluten-free options. There is a very good animation for children. A beach with a cool atmospheric bar. Separately, it is worth mentioning a gym in a separate building on the riverbank, 2 tennis courts with hard surface. We went in the off-season at a good price for this hotel, so we liked everything.

Great hotel. I can safely recommend it, especially for vacationers with children. Great food, suitable for everyone. There are always inspectors in the main restaurant and they keep an eye on it. Waiters help bring drinks. You can eat for 24 hours. Excellent attitude to the guests - everything is equal. Everyone is happy, there has not been a single negative case. At the reception and all the other staff are always ready to help! An ideal place for children (children's club, animation, attitude towards children). Cool DJ and themed events , which one is really being prepared for and creating a themed atmosphere ! Positive :
1. Very beautiful green area! the hotel is like in a park, you can walk and admire endlessly
2. A gorgeous beach, one of the most beautiful in Turkey. Palm trees, umbrellas, sun beds, a beach bar - everything is made in the same boho style.
3. Cleanliness in the hotel and in the rooms. Cleaning every day, don't find fault at all. thanks to the fairies of cleanliness, it was always a pleasure to return to the room - it smelled delicious and everything was neatly cleaned
4. Pleasant reception staff
5. there is billiards on the street, a basketball court, a tennis area, a volleyball court - in the evening after dinner we went to play, equipment can be taken in a booth near the restaurant 24/7
6. a very stylish restaurant alyakart 24/7 - here you can eat at any time of the day or night. you are given a menu, you choose, everything is served in beautiful dishes, I can't say that it is super tasty - but in general nothing.
7. once again, the territory is very rich, there are many places where you can walk, there is a zoo with goats, geese, sheep, a water park, a separate swimming pool for adults, a playground.
8. Stylish rooms, very interesting design
9. Incredibly delicious coffee shop near the bridge! A barista girl works there and makes great drinks using professional equipment. We went to drink coffee only there
But for me, all these advantages were overlaid by disadvantages.
Minuses :
1. ANTS IN THE ROOM! They are everywhere: in the bathroom, on the bed, in the bedside tables, in the safe! My husband put the laptop in the safe, took it out in the evening, and the ants on the keyboard had already laid eggs. It's disgusting. Periodically, they crawl over you, bite you. We lived all 6 days with them. As I understand it, it's in all rooms, they don't fight it in any way
2. Poor nutrition. Especially for breakfast. You're not going to walk around much. There are boiled eggs for 3 minutes, there are 5 minutes, there are fried eggs. My favorite scramble (which is generally always available in all hotels) was always two times: on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. Sausages, cheeses. Nuggets, semi-finished products, French fries. Sausages of questionable quality, fried potatoes, yoghurts, breakfast cereals, pancakes with nutella, waffles. It's always the same for dinner. There was no tasty fish. They don't know how to cook it.
3. A huge disappointment - bars. They don't know how to make cocktails! Alcohol is often poured locally, not imported. The cocktail is prepared like this (for example, an aperol) - a little alcohol, a bunch of sweet syrups, soda and without stirring they give it to you. You can spit it out. We drank champagne all the rest- it was more or less, although it was more like an ordinary dry wine, not sparkling. My husband periodically took a jagermeister, the whiskey was good.
4. Tired renovation at the hotel. Well, that is, everything is stylish, neat, but already old ... a kind of Vibe 2007-2008.
5. Restaurant service. There are not enough staff. there are often dirty tables with dirty dishes. It's not covered. We have to look for the devices ourselves. During the whole vacation, the waiter came up to ask about drinks only 1 time. It felt like a canteen
Some features that you need to know when coming to this hotel (I was not confused)
- the hotel (as the name already implies) is predominantly family-run. there are many families with young children who scream, cry, and can interfere with your rest. therefore, if this annoys you, it is better to consider another place.
- well, as everywhere in Turkey, there are a lot of cats here. they accompany you for breakfast, lunch and dinner) we love them, we feed them, we were not embarrassed
To summarize the above: I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend my acquaintances / friends.
Now the price tag for everything has grown very much inside Turkey, apparently including hotels. Inflation in our country + inflation in Turkey = inadequate price for mediocre hotels.
We paid 230 thousand in 6 days in September, I think this hotel is not worth the money. Maximum 170. It feels like you've gone back in time, to the beginning of 2000, when you and your parents first came to Turkey to an inexpensive hotel. It does not reach the modern five of the middle price segment. Four, no more. In general, the hotel is overrated, I don't really understand the rave reviews, I also read reviews here before departure.
Probably we should start from someone who is used to what. But it's crazy for me to give 230t for this. Even taking into account the whole situation in Russia and Turkey (prices for everything have jumped very much here), it's still not worth it.
Most likely, we will not return to Turkey with such pricing. By the way, they say that over time Turkey will leave all in, it is not profitable for them

We rested from 27.04. To 2.05.2024. Excellent territory, very well maintained. Lots of trees!!! The mini zoo with goats is very popular with children and adults. The entrance to the sea is Pebbles, it is not very convenient to go barefoot ... a beautiful beach with palm trees!!! There are no problems with towels!!! You can always take it and change it! The food is monotonous, but there is imported alcohol. With fruits modestly, apples, oranges, pears.. Sometimes there were tangerines! It is an eternal problem to find small spoons and sugar in the restaurant! I was very pleased with the restaurant 24/7, ordering from the menu ... beautiful serving of dishes and delicious)))) pools without heating, there is a water park for children and adults! There is nothing outside the hotel within walking distance! There's nothing there at all!The staff is excellent! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! In general, we are happy with the rest!

I went to hotels with my family in October 2024.
Positive:
1. The large, beautiful territory of the hotel.
2. Cozy Bungalows in the forest.
3. Pleasant and beautiful 24-hour restaurant.
Minuses:
1. A 5-star hotel does not pull, in any way. Probably in my mind to come to 5 stars)
2. The food in the restaurant is meager, like in a regular dining room. When there are rolls on the buffet, then all the tables are covered with their favorite kind: a roll with boiled carrots).
3. They don't know how to make cocktails, all the ingredients will be poured into a plastic cup and served to you, almost never mixed. Also, different bartenders prepare the same cocktail in different ways, i.e. the composition is changed radically.
4. The bed linen has never been changed or dusted in the room. Garbage was rarely thrown away.
5. The animation is poor and mediocre. Children are not attracted to games, that's why children don't want to participate in it.
6. For standard games like "bocce", "darts", "volleyball", etc., no one is called or talked about. As a result, the playgrounds are empty and there is no one to play with, since people simply do not know what is going on now.
7. A beach with small pebbles, although sand is written everywhere.

In this shopping center, there are only grocery stores, which are very expensive. Oh, there are no ordinary shops in the vicinity. There is no program in the hotel as such. We realized that this was due to the lack of seasonality. Once (we were there for a week) there was a karaoke evening, once there was a live performance for an hour and a half, and that was it. If there was a program, it would be more fun. The food is monotonous, but it's enough. You won't stay hungry. Thursday is fish day. Seafood is served for lunch and dinner. The hotel has a zoo, which was a salvation for us, because we were with a child and he loves animals very much. At least the entertainment in the form of feeding saved the situation a little. Oh, so the hotel is worthy for a "relaxing" holiday, for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle and want peace and quiet.

The children's room is sparse, most of the toys do not work or are broken, the area under the air conditioner is small (not thought out) it is very hot outside in the play area.

We had a rest in October 2024 with the whole family (4 people, all adults). We chose this hotel because we had rested in it more than once before. The territory is magnificent, there are several pools, there is a place to walk, many corners where you can just sit and relax. There are courts, a basketball court, playgrounds, tennis tables and billiards. The latter are in need of repair. We booked 2 rooms in a bungalow, we were offered a family room in the main building. We looked, agreed and did not regret it (2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies). Shortly after arrival, wine and fruit were brought (nice). In general, the rest was wonderful, we were lucky with the weather, and the staff at the hotel is trying very hard. In our opinion, the weak point is the restaurant, although the choice of dishes is very large, but many are simply tasteless. Soups and sauces tasted like broth cubes, powdered puree. On the positive side, high-quality imported alcohol is available in bars. We didn't go to the animation. The beach is nice, clean, there are a lot of free sunbeds. Entering the sea is not very convenient through the pebbles, the feet are uncomfortable, then the sand is literally 2-3 meters and deep. 1 photo - on the beach, 2 photos of the view from the room (5th floor).

The hotel is located next door to Gloria and Rixos, but unlike them, there are no luxurious palaces and fashionable rooms. But there is an old park with perennial pines and a beach under palm trees. And the price is mundane. The Anex tour operator plus a flight on comfortable Turkish Airlines make an unforgettable vacation. The hotel is not modern, but it is large and comfortable. Wonderful animation and laser show. A hotel that you want to return to. The beach volleyball court is fenced with trees and shrubs, so that, even in windy weather, the ball is not blown away by the wind. There are many families with children. There's a whole aqualand for them here. There are shops, but few. But not far away, a 5-minute taxi or bus ride away is Belek, with its huge selection of branded items in hundreds of shops.

Of the cons:
- monotonous food in the main restaurant. Until June 1, there were no watermelons, no ice cream, no various dinners in different cuisines. The waiters themselves do not fit, they need to be caught and sometimes repeated several times.
- room cleaning is mediocre. We haven't changed the linen once in 8 nights. By the end of the rest, 3 of the 6 towels remained: they simply had not been replaced.

We stayed at the hotel with my husband and a small child (1.2 years old) in late June - early July 2024.
-Territory:
The territory is large, well-groomed, with beautiful photo locations, playgrounds, there is also a place to walk with a stroller in the evening or find shade in the afternoon.
- Room:
Our room was located in the main building overlooking the pool and the sea. Since our baby
still has a couple of daytime naps, I wrote to the hotel in advance and asked them to provide us with a quiet room. They replied that they would try to choose a room in accordance with our wishes. As a result, our room overlooked the pool and it was VERY loud in the evening because of the show, and in the afternoon because of the animation in the pool (especially on Fridays, when there was a foam party). But since the room had a good view of the sea and we had too many things, we did not change the room. Therefore, if you want a quieter option, it is better to choose a bungalow.
The furniture in the room is old, the plumbing is so-so, the sound insulation is not very good.
Cleaning for 3, they didn't come to us at all for a couple of days, but after calling the reception, the cleaner immediately ran in and hastily did a mediocre cleaning.
- The beach:
The beach is located across the bridge, clean, lots of sun beds, personal umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly, in the morning the sea is clear, in the evening it is already a little cloudy at the entrance.
- Food:
In our opinion, the food is monotonous and not very tasty. It seems like a lot of things, but it gets boring quickly. Every evening there is a different cuisine (Turkish, Asian, international, etc.), but we did not find something delicious for ourselves. There is little meat and it is completely tasteless. The waiters (although there are many of them) in the rush hour in the dining room do not cope with cleaning tables and taking out drinks. There is dirt on the tables, flies, and a lot of people in the food distribution area.
Drinks are poured from taps, but there are also drinks in cans. There is foreign alcohol, but you need to ask for it, otherwise they will pour the local stuff.
There are fruits, there are a lot of them, but strawberries were a couple of times and completely tasteless. Cherries were not seen on the common table, but once they were on the children's table.
You can feed the child - there is vegetable puree, pasta, boiled chicken and turkey, milk, juices, kefir (sometimes). On the last day, I saw that Hipp carrots were given canned food on the children's table. Unfortunately, this was not written anywhere and it was given out reluctantly, although we could sometimes eat it for an afternoon snack. Personally, we had problems with afternoon tea - there was no restaurant where you could feed your child with fruits, yogurt (all yogurts with flavorings on the children's table) or cottage cheese. Also, in my opinion, the inconvenient working hours of snacks - hot potatoes and gozleme tortilla work until 16-00.
If you brew chamomile tea for your child, take it with you, there were no chamomile bags in the hotel during our stay.
But ice cream is always available - during the day in refrigerators in bars, in the evening at dinner.
There is freshly squeezed juice at the pool bar - they are given out by the hour in small cups.
There is a good coffee shop by the river, but there is a huge queue for the opening, as one barista works and naturally the queue moves slowly.
We didn't really like the a la carte restaurants - nothing special for that kind of money.

The hotel is not bad, but personally I did not like the monotonous food and room cleaning.
There are a lot of children, and there is nothing near the hotel within walking distance. To get to the store / pharmacy, you need to take a taxi / transfer or take a bus.

This is the first time in Turkey (and there are such dinosaurs). The territory is very green, well maintained, the rooms are clean, well renovated, there are many places to eat, a nice large beach, there are no questions about cleaning either. The animation is very non-intrusive. We were in late April-early May, the water in the pool and on the slides is cold, although a heated pool was announced. I am not happy with the food, there is little fruit (apples, pears, oranges), meat is not chewed, sometimes squid came across seafood in the salad. During the holidays, the hotel was fully occupied, there were no places in the dining room and on the beach.

We've been to the hotel 3 times and it's a complete disappointment. We won't come here ourselves anymore and we won't advise anyone. This is a family-friendly hotel, and the quality of staff and service has dropped dramatically. Starting from how we were told several times in 1 day why I was changing clothes for a 5-year-old child at the pool, it turns out that according to some Turkish law it is forbidden for a small child to be naked (this is the first time I've heard this), ending with unrealistically loud music that screams throughout the evening and right up to 23:30. It is simply impossible to sleep under the windows of the rooms! We were so happy in August 2024 that the animation was designed in such a way that everyone had time to have fun before 23:00 and go to bed, but apparently the management changed and came up with new rules. It's a pity, this hotel is not for families with children for sure. This is the first time I've seen such an attitude towards children and their parents. Well, the food is terribly not tasty, monotonous, meager menu: it's the same every day, it doesn't matter if it's breakfast or dinner. The staff doesn't even understand English, so I have to explain it on my fingers. In less than a year, the hotel's level dropped to 0. We will not come again

They lived there from September 28 to October 5, 2024
Positive:
1 . beautiful and quite large territory
2. The service is good. The buffet tables are quickly served and quickly cleaned.
3 . Not a bad spa for self-visiting without buying massage and other programs
4 . A good water park for children and adults. It is divided into two parts. Very convenient
5 . There is a 24-hour free restaurant. Not very tasty and a small selection of dishes, but convenient and fast service.
6 . Rooms are well cleaned and respond quickly to requests.
7 . Excellent evening programs, often live music in different locations.!
8 . Pleasant beach and entrance to the sea. The depth is not immediate. A bar next to the beach.
9. We left at night, we asked for breakfast on the road in advance at the guest relay. Everything was at the reception by the time of departure from the hotel.
10 . Close to land of legends. 15 min by taxi and $20 one way.
Cons:
1. Very small and meager selection of dishes in the main restaurant. The food is not delicious. There is almost no fish or there is mackerel or fried dorado. From meat: turkey. Disgusting desserts (it would be better not to make them at all) . It was the buffet that really upset me. We hardly ate there.
2 . A la carte restaurants. You can visit the restaurant once a week without paying . They chose fishy. Extremely small portions. There were 2 soups to choose from on the menu. A micro portion of micro shrimp and white or red fish as the main course.
3. The most important shock: bartenders pour local into bottles of imported alcohol! My husband got poisoned and went to the general manager. For 2 hours they went to all the bars and compared. I wrote a complaint. The manager couldn't believe it, but he saw it with his own eyes. The next day, the situation was corrected .
4 . The room stock is tired and in need of repair.
5 . From the river, which is in front of the sea, the fish swim out and bite painfully in small pieces. But the hotel guide warned about this at the info meeting.
6. There is nothing near the hotel and within walking distance. No pharmacy, no shops. Take a taxi to the center of Belek or go to the bus stop and drive.
Conclusion:
The hotel is not worth the money. First of all, because of the very poor nutrition and outdated room stock. There are hotels nearby that are a little more expensive, but differ greatly in level.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in September-October 2024 with a family with a child of 9 months.
You can write a lot, I'll say right away - we really liked the rest, we didn't try everything that is in this hotel, which means there is a reason to return :)
The hotel is extremely family-run, 70% of the hotel's guests are families with children, of different ages, from 2 months(!) to 16 years (bugaga), but at the same time there were hotel guests without children (mostly people over 55 years old) and they also went on vacation, as it is calm, without parties.
Most of the hotel's guests are Russian speakers, but there are also enough British, Poles, Germans and other Europeans, as well as Turkish families arriving on Fri-Sat.
The hotel staff are well done, extremely friendly and courteous, they treat children wonderfully.bartenders make good cocktails with imported alcohol even without tips (gin Gordons, beefeater, there are martinis, campari, red and black label, including on the beach)
Guest relay are great, they try to solve problems if there are any, and they are also ready to work almost as babysitters.
The territory is class, it is convenient to walk with a stroller, or just walk, there is a lot of shade from the heat (it was up to +33 in the afternoon, the sea was +29, and this is the end of September).
We lived in the nature room in the G block, excellent location, turned on the air conditioner once, and the climate is optimal, the room is of course old and the repair in it is Turkish (who knows - will understand), but everything that should work works, and it did not look outdated, on the contrary, stylishly. The mini bar in the refrigerator is replenished every day (soda, water, beer and a 1.5 liter bottle of water)
The cleaning is tolerable, but we left a tip of 2 dollars every day
The main restaurant is good, there was enough space for everyone, there is a children's menu (purees, etc.)
Ala kart fish- it will go, diversify for sure, the atmosphere in it is so Greek. We didn't go to the others.
The beach is sand and excellent umbrellas in the form of palm trees and palm trees themselves. I would say not even in Turkish, the beach is super.
The hotel has a minibus stop in Belek, there is not much to do there, but I will write - it costs 30 lira or 1 dollar, runs every 30 minutes, drive 15 minutes to the center of Belek.

Fruits in the restaurant are the weak part, there are no figs, there's not much variety either, but you can take peeled grapefruits and ask for fresh at the bar.

A very nice hotel. We had a rest with our grandson , everything is fine . The staff is very polite and helpful. Everything is fine in time for cleaning , varied food , delicious. My grandson eats in all the hotels , but there were no problems here. Cocktails are varied, alcohol is real, there were no problems. Good animation. Despite the end of October-beginning of November, the weather was gorgeous, the sea is warm and very clean, the beach is good, sun loungers and towels are always available. The hotel is very well organized, excellent, customer-oriented staff, nice clean rooms, all of the stated in the room is available. There are no complaints about food and drinks, you will always find something to eat (around the clock), decent alcohol of imported and local production, bartenders make any cocktails!!!
Evening program every day, despite the fact that the season is coming to an end! If you are bored with the food in the main restaurant, you can always go to a la carte, there are three of them in the hotel - Turkish, fish, and the most delicious in my opinion is Italian.

The hotel itself is good: (typical 5-star Turkey) large territory, lots of swings for children, snack bars, access to the sea, bars, ala kart restaurants (1 visit is free, from 5 nights) and much more.

I would especially like to mention the support of the hotel, or rather the unwillingness to solve problems. We did not live in a bungalow, but in the hotel itself, and in the very first days of rest, ants crawled into our room. They were everywhere: in food, drinks, clothes, shoes, on the bed and table. Naturally, we informed the reception about our problem. And only a day later we decided to disinfect the room. But the ants did not disappear from this. And they spent our whole vacation with us. On the last day, we were offered to change the room, which was pointless. It was impossible to drink: ants crawled over drinks and mugs. We talked to the hotel employee, he said that they have ants everywhere.

Cleaning: we cleaned every day, but at the end of the rest we stopped taking out the trash, we did not change the towels. As for the balcony, it is large, yes, with sun beds, a table and an umbrella, but it has not been cleaned since the very beginning. The whole balcony is dirty and the sun beds are included. The bed linen was dirty, the chest of drawers had not been dusted from the very beginning.
To summarize. The hotel is chic, cozy, calm. But I advise people with small children and the squeamish to be more careful with this hotel 🙂

We are just having a rest at this hotel. The territory is just fire. The room stock is a bit old, but it doesn't matter to us. Regarding nutrition: everything is as usual and as everywhere. The only thing is to add broth to the children's menu, put boiled potatoes, chicken, rice, boiled carrots, boiled buckwheat, pasta, so that the soup itself is "collected" for children. Children don't eat Turkish soups. French fries, nuggets are not childish food.
