We were in early January, the only canteen in the area, we had to eat quickly and move. It 's very cozy for a dining room .There are a lot of living plants, it is very pleasant in winter.
The bathrooms are tortured and in need of repair .
A large selection of dishes. Very tasty cream soup with chicken. The rest that was taken is acceptable.
3 hot dishes, 1 soup , 1 salad and a drink came out in 32 rubles.
And those who complain that it's expensive, kamon evribadi, buy groceries, bring them home, cook, then wash the whole kitchen. But you won 't spend your two extra rubles for someone else 's work and time .

The food is 50/50, sometimes delicious (good pilaf, chebureks, shish kebab). The atmosphere is pleasant.
Of the minuses: all the dishes are heated by employees in a microwave oven. This, in my opinion, is not very serious for such a catering service. Because of such heating, the food, of course, loses its taste. I think that in establishments of this level it is necessary to install steam heated installations, as in many ordinary canteens?
But in general, you can visit the cafe, and you will be quite well fed there. Perhaps this institution will strive to become even better, and then it will certainly acquire its good flavor.

For fast food in a provincial town, prices are too high, and quality suffers. It is also difficult to call a cozy place. Guys, the soup for 3.5 -4.5 p is a small portion and any soup is always consistently over-salted. There is a separate story about the refrigerator, they stupidly pour vinegar into it, it seems.

Once my parents and I went to this institution, the first thing I felt was the smell of urine right in the dining room, well, that's okay, they forgot to get my portion of the second one, which was put in the microwave oven, and none of the staff was there at all, because one of the women went into the snuffbox, which is nearby, for cigarettes, well, in the end I waited and we sat down to lunch, then my mother gives me a sniff of her roast with vegetables...The smell is as if someone just threw up on a plate, in general, they returned this plate of roast meat to the woman at the checkout, for which she returned the money to us, so her expression was as if it could not be that the dish had been spoiled for a long time. The pilaf that I was eating was already very dry, the meat is not chewed in it, too, the dish is not the first freshness. It just killed us that we were sitting and eating as if we were in the toilet, because the smell of urine was just tin. Dishes will overheat or underheat, a puddle of fat floats on the surface in glasses with morse, the choice and quality of food also leaves much to be desired. In general, such things are possible, this institution was at a good level when it opened, but now it has slipped completely, and the authorities apparently do not care at all.

If there are no other options, you can safely come for lunch. Which I did a couple of times on a business trip to Novopolotsk. We ordered a glass of beer with croutons and, like, chips with beer with a friend. One glass was poured normal, the second sucks warm without gas, I had to go change, you can leave the croutons, chips from the same series. When paying at the checkout, the girl tried to kill a cockroach with a change plate. After sitting down at a table, well-fed and satisfied Prussians repeatedly strolled past my friend and me.
