A good place to relax in nature with a company for those who love comfort. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room has a refrigerator, a toilet. There is a kitchen, a terrace. A pier with a canopy, you can go fishing. Very friendly staff and host. There is parking for a car, a volleyball court. Surprisingly, there are practically no mosquitoes despite the proximity of the water.

This estate is saved only by picturesque nature and may be saved by renovation and modernization) The rooms are tired, towels, bed linen with holes, mold in the refrigerator, the closet does not open, the chairs are stained, one of the two roller blinds on the windows, water barely pours from the shower. And we lived in a suite for 170 rubles! On the terrace, the furniture is sagged, the paneling is stripped somewhere. The cherry on the cake is a common Saratov refrigerator clearly from the USSR. To go up to the second floor, there are two stairs, but we were forbidden to walk on the second one, because it passes through the "banquet hall", which allegedly hosts a banquet for 25 people))) Naturally, there was no banquet there. That's just what the owner said) It felt like we owed it for being allowed to live here. I repeat, the place is gorgeous, but next time you will have to look for another one

A great place to relax in nature. There are all the amenities in the rooms and a shared kitchen. There are places for tents, for special nature lovers. Boat and bicycle rentals. It is difficult to book for the weekend, but on weekdays it is usually free. I recommend a suite with a beautiful terrace.

A beautiful place on the shore of the lake.
We arrived together and were the first customers. We enjoyed the silence and the air.
The rooms on the second floor of the suite are more comfortable than the junior suite on the ground floor. There is hot water and everything necessary.
You can bring your own meals or purchase meals on the spot.
The lake is full of fish, visible from the shore. There are many convenient places on the shore for fishing.
If you stock up on mosquito repellents, you can walk along the lake shore through the forest.
Already in June, we found mushrooms - podberezoviki and chanterelles. They cooked and ate there themselves.
There is a sauna on the ground floor. You can run out of it and immediately plop into the lake.
Very hospitable host Eugene. With his arrival, the territory immediately came to life. Thank you very much! We will recommend it to our friends!

Hospitable hosts, fresh air, clean water in the lake. You can go fishing, pick mushrooms. You can use barbecue grills, a shared kitchen, and a sauna. Among the disadvantages is a weak mobile signal from any operators and WiFi works poorly and not everywhere.

I didn't like anything, except perhaps the sauna and the fact that you can dive straight from the pier into the lake. everything else is creepy...the rooms do not move, everything is damp, the floor is damp, the house itself is killed, prices are not sorted out, one thing is on the phone, another on arrival.
