We want to warn everyone, in no case choose this hotel to stay in Istanbul! The photos are all photoshopped and do not correspond to reality, the staff are boors, the reviews are fake!
We chose a hotel on the tinkoff service.traveling, we stopped at it, because there were good reviews, attractive photos with good rooms. When booking, we settled on a room for 25k (the photo showed a room with pink or green walls).
We arrived to check in in the evening, we were immediately blown away from the area. Well, we think we'll probably get lucky with the hotel. We went into a dark hall, we were met by a very unfriendly man, a hotel employee. I registered, gave the keys, and immediately began to communicate with contempt. We went up to the room and were just shocked by the dirt and the fact that the room was different from the ones shown in the photos. The photo of this room was not on the booking service at all. We could still put up with the amenities in the room (lack of a refrigerator, hair dryer, etc., although it was indicated at the time of booking that all this was in the room), but where is the cleanliness? Why should we pay for a dirty toilet, toothpaste residue in the sink, dirty crumpled pastel linen, hair and dust on the floor, bare wires? We went down to the hall, asked the employee to clean the room, to which he said that he would solve everything and went to our room to "check" the cleanliness. After 5 minutes, he comes down and says, "what is the actual claim? Come on, show me." We all came to the room, showed where it was dirty and again asked for cleaning, to which he began to yell and wave his arms shouting "What do you want for this money?! Pay $100 extra and I'll check you into a normal room." Then, in response to our comments about the dirty sink, he turned on the water and washed off the remnants of the toothpaste with the words "well, do that, it will be clean." I just turned over the pillowcase with dirt on the bed, like that's clean for you! Then he started telling us to check out and look for another room, he would return all the money without any problems and left. After recovering from the shock and his screams, we immediately booked another hotel in the city and went to check out. We approach the reception and talk about a refund. An employee with a haughty look begins to say that he supposedly did not take any money from us and that we demanded money from the service where we booked a room. In the tinkoff service.travel we were told about the refusal to refund, because the hotel did not want to refund the money, they only agreed to pay 20% cashback from the bank.
It seems that the fraud scheme has long been developed by the hotel, they move into a terrible room and begin to siphon money from the guests to move into another one (although it is not yet known what is going on in other rooms." Well, good luck in your "business"!

We checked in on 04/05/24 the room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. We helped to solve all the problems that arose. The breakfasts are small, but the food is fresh, there is a lot of bread. Special thanks to Jihangir, personally brought breakfast to the room, found an iron and helped with things.

Thanks again to Jahangir))) This morning, there is also a nice bonus - Jahangir brought breakfast to the room. Well, we liked the breakfast. The hotel is very quiet, despite the fact that the hotel is next to the street. Good luck to everyone and more travel. I'll add a little bit...
