The pool is very good, I will not trade it for another one. It is very convenient, pleasant for the price, there is a cleaner in the locker room, showers and pool, constantly cleaning everywhere. You have to adjust your visit so that you don't get in with summer groups. But 10 minutes before the end of the session, waterfalls and geysers are turned on.
I also liked the spa area. There is a minus there - the showers are shared and do not close, you have to wash in a swimsuit. It is quite possible to solve this problem by installing booths that can be closed from the inside.

At the entrance to the gym, the girls (all) arrogantly behave very much, as if someone had come to their house. Hello / goodbye - you have not been taught to speak! The pool is good. The water is clean, warm enough, and the locker room is spacious. It is very convenient that the unlimited subscription does not bind to the exact time and days of the visit. There are disadvantages:
1. This fall, the pool was so loaded with children's groups that you can come by subscription before lunch or late in the evening, from 15 to 18 (and Tuesdays and Thursdays and longer) there is simply not a single free track.
2. A very small room where you can dry off after a shower. The shower itself is wet and parky, and there are a lot of people, water splashes from all sides. By the way, the ventilation in the shower is not important either. If several people wash at once, there is nothing to breathe.
3. On the way between the shower and the pool, there is a small corridor in which the window is very often open (even in winter), wet you get into a frosty stream.
4.The handle has been torn off on the middle track in the massage device for many years.
5. Very slippery floor around the pool.
In general, the staff is polite, the cleaning is timely, generally not bad.

I like yoga classes, great coach. But the rest of the staff is just rude. I mean the girls sitting at the reception in the hall. They can shout at you, they are rude, they ignore you, talking to each other. I'm already silent about the fact that I've never seen a smile in principle, only flirting with coaches and not paying attention to the queue. Just terrible service. It's not just once or twice, it's almost every time you visit.
There are no locks in the locker rooms and they didn't give me anything for the first time. She asked me to explain where everything was, and they sent her to look at it herself. I had to change in the car. Then it turned out that they have locks for locker rooms, they just don't give them out to everyone. Fear and horror, have a conversation with the staff or hire staff who don't hate people. I lose the desire to come in principle when I imagine that I need to communicate with these people.
