The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the old town. Cleaning every day, towels, tea, coffee are constantly being changed and replenished. The breakfasts are good, but we went to a nearby hotel. The disadvantage is the small numbers. Overall, I liked everything, maybe we'll come again..)

A wonderful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts with stunning views of the Bosphorus, but there is a caveat: the hotel is located on the tram tracks and if you get a room on the second floor, it will be very noisy both from the tram and from people on the street, but if the room is higher, then everything is great. By the way, nowhere it is not said, but the rooms with separate beds overlook the tram tracks.

Disgusting , gray towels , came in without our presence , moved things to another room , there was a scandal , they just didn 't even apologize , upstairs in the restaurant the prices are just space for a piece of cold steak .

We were at this hotel in December of the 21st year . I am very surprised by the review with a negative connotation. Staying in a Hotel with a magnificent view of the Suleymania Mosque , the Bosphorus and the old city, I will not be distracted by curtains or the lack of Borodino bread) Breakfast was wonderful, dinner was great (dinner was not included in the price) everything was very tasty, large portions , beautiful serving. The room was clean, new, comfortable pillows. We have been to Istanbul 4 times, the most convenient location is Seres. People!!! What do you want to get for 15-20 000??? A Bentley as a gift from the hotel?! I wish you all a good rest. I definitely recommend the hotel!

I was on a business trip for 4 days (21-24.06). Room 103. It seems to be cleaned up, but the table has a tuft of hair. It seems to be neat, clean, but in fact the toilet in the bathroom is not properly fixed, you sit, you pump from side to side, the plastic seat also wobbles. There is not enough rubberized mat under your feet in the shower, you can easily slip. The light in the bathroom sometimes works, sometimes not. The window seems to have been knocked out and repaired: the noise from the street (we do not take the often scurrying ringing trams) is perfectly audible, despite the double-glazed windows. Otherwise, if you do not pay attention to these little things, it is quite acceptable for an inexpensive Istanbul hotel in the city center (almost 17,500 were given for this double room). In the restaurant on the roof of the 7th floor, where breakfast is provided, there is one fat minus: there are no names of dishes at breakfast: you can run into a spicy dish if you do not know the local cuisine. So ask For eggshells In the scrambled eggs both days in a row, the cook, apparently, was not steamed up for such trifles. I do not advise ordering a taxi from the hotel: I announced 50USD to the old airport, said that there would be an invoice from the hotel, but in fact I printed a letter in 1 line that the hotel took 50USD for transfer services, mowing down the fool. When they said that this option was not suitable and we would think about it, they immediately announced that the taxi company would give the invoice. As a result, there was an offer for 38EUR through Kiwitaxi, if it hadn't been for the problem with paying by card via the link that was sent to the mail, it would have turned out quite well. I had to pay from the site, where the same 50USD is obtained, but without problems according to the documents.

The attitude is excellent, the condition of the rooms and common areas is new and clean.
The location is very convenient.

The hotel is really in the old town. You can walk to all the attractions. The hotel is very cozy, and the panoramic view in the restaurant is a particularly pleasant place. Topkapi and Aya Sofia are on the right, the Bosphorus is right, Sulemania is on the left. Seagulls also look in the windows.
