Greetings to all incoming users...I'll leave a few words about the hotel....The rooms are clean, bright and spacious..the repair is not Euro, of course, but everything is working and functioning..The floors have parquet, no drywall, and everything is made of natural materials...It's easy to breathe...the location is a convenient parking for cars under the Windows..the price for accommodation is a penny .. I didn't notice any problems with water..comfortable bed, everything is clean and tidy!My wife and I are very pleased with this reception...I would like to express my gratitude to the Hostess of the hotel and everyone who works in this place...May God bless you for your hard work..and Thanks)))

Valuable more than available to spend the night.A point for that. 3. The TV is present, of course, but the Malevich square, the remote control was missing, and no one provided assistance. 4. Ohhhh, well, the most striking thing was the lack of personal hygiene products (disposable) in the bathroom, at least, sorry for the details, there was no toilet paper.The cobwebs in the corners didn't surprise me anymore))

Excellent Price-quality ratio! A lovely room in a quiet hotel. Polite and caring staff. Breakfast is included (pancakes with tea/coffee). It's a pity that the coffee is only instant. Everything else is fine. It takes 7-8 minutes to get to the center by car. By trolleybus - 10-15 min. I recommend it!

However, the shower head in my room fell apart and the jets beat forward and to the right, in addition, I would recommend equipping the rooms with fumigators :) But overall a very positive impression. We booked a room for three people. Of the advantages, there are none. I've been to different cities, but I've never seen anything like this. Minuses: 1) When checking in, the female "administrator" could not figure out for a long time "where to settle us" and how much to charge us. I called someone three times, clarifying how to check in people who booked through Booking. Then she started babbling about the fact that she didn't have any bed linen... after 10 hours of shaking on the road, listen to such nonsense for 20 minutes.... 2) It's cold in the room. The cold was just like a dog's. Don't even think about going there with children in winter - freeze. Hot water is also not always available. 3) A creaking sofa. If the bed in the room was normal, then the extra bed (sofa bed) creaked so that it was probably audible in the neighboring rooms. In conclusion: I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone. The founders seem to have little idea what the hotel business is. Similar flophouses might have been rolled in the 90s, but now it just looks ridiculous.

The room was quite cool, but a warm blanket allowed me to sleep normally. The hotel staff is at 100%, very good attitude towards the guests. The rooms are clean, although there is only one small towel, it is not very convenient to dry off after a shower. The bed linen is very high quality: it is washed, ironed and even "crunches". Thanks to the staff of the hotel and restaurant.

We stayed here for the first time in a triple suite two years ago - we really liked everything. Therefore, last year we stopped there and after a couple of weeks returning back we stopped here again. I didn't like that the refrigerator in the room was broken. This year, with the confidence that everything will be fine at the hotel, we came here again. We arrived at 17.40 and it turned out that the room was not ready yet!!!!! The refrigerator was not made in a year!!!!As a result, bed linen was brought by 19.00. A bag of groceries was placed on the balcony. They wanted to get up at 4.30 and drive on. but!!!! At 0.12, I was woken up by the scuffling of RATS on the ceiling! The dream was gone. At 1:00 we left there. I don't recommend anyone else to go there anymore. On the way back, we stopped at the Pugachevsky Guest house - everything is fine there.
