It is also sad that people do not understand the words organization, enterprise, office, bakery… It's funny to read a review from people who write about high prices on order, obviously they don't quite understand the market.
I wish you not to stop there, to set the bar higher in all areas, I believe that you are the only ones in Gomel who do not sell, do not hang noodles on your ears. After visiting the store with thoughts of buying a computer, I realized that I had come to the right place. The thought turned into a purchase, because comparing you with competitors, your build is top. Few people will understand, but for my money I got components from popular manufacturers, not Chinese stuffing in a beautiful case. I was pleased with the possibility of choosing components according to the color scheme. I would also like to note the loyalty of delivery, the fastest solution to the issues that arose during the order, it is impossible not to mention the adequate warranty periods. What can I say about this place, but nothing good. A year ago, my son came to buy RAM, he was given ddr3 RAM from hyperx 2 slats of 8 GB for 320 rubles... When the usual average price for it is 180-220 rubles. and this is for an older ddr4 model... Recently, they were given a motherboard on the 1155 socket for repair, the seller called, as I understood, the master and he declares that he will not repair it, after which the seller tried to screw a similar motherboard with a percentage for 350+ rubles... a motherboard with such an outdated socket... under the pretext that it's kind of rare... For such money, you can safely buy a new motherboard on an am4 socket and also with a b550 chipset... As a result, I had to carry it to another service center where this motherboard was calmly taken and repaired, In short, such an office, I will never carry anything there again.

The office is just dead... They gave us a laptop to fix, and we were fed breakfast for a year. They did not call back themselves, they had to get through or catch the master on the "spot"... Today, after calling them back again, we were informed that the laptop was "in failure.".. Holy shit!!! And since when is he there "in denial???" With such a service and attitude to customers, I do not understand how this office holds up ...

We humbly waited for the call until Thursday afternoon. I called and asked when to expect delivery. The first employee started to tell lies about the fact that we supposedly had to confirm the order. "Well, you didn't write the confirmation." And now, please show me what kind of confirmation you are waiting for when it says "We will call you first" in white on gray in the text. That is, the next stage of interaction is your call to me in order to coordinate the time. The employee was not confused by this, he said that delivery was on Tuesday.

I called again, the second employee said that it was not a problem to deliver RAM, even if we would bring it tomorrow (on Friday). For which he paid for his words. I asked to split the order, and bring at least RAM on Friday. After that, manipulation followed — to dissuade me, scaring me with double paid delivery. Having received a poke at the incompetence of your service, the employee said, "let's see what we can do.

Suddenly it turned out that I had been deceived once again. Those positions that were supposed to arrive on Thursday and Friday to me were sold to the devil knows where.
